Official FIFA Top 10 Young
Football player In The World
2013:

1. Neymar [Barcelona]
2. Erik Lamela [As Roma]
3. Lucas Moura [PSG]
4. Mario Gotze [Bayern Munchen]
5. Isco [Malaga]
6. Adnan Januzaj [Manchester
United]
7. David Alaba [Bayern Munich]
8. Matija Nastasic [Manchester
City]
9. Kyriakos Papadopoulos
[Schalke 04]
10. Phil Jones [Manchester United]

I've never heard of number six, but would be interested to know how someone without a senior appearance to his name can be classed alongside some of those?

Is he some in special?

He looks a great prospect in fairness.

It's perhaps a bit premature to rate him as high as the 6th best young player in the world though.

Laughable that a guy who can't get into the first team at United is above a European Cup winner.

It's a shame Wilshere plays for Arsenal otherwise he'd be involved in these really important and rewarding lists.

6) Isco

7) Oscar

8) Jack Wilshere

9) Christian Eriksen

It's logic like this that made me label Jose Bosingwa the best full back in the world last year.

He can't even get in United's team. If he truly was one of the best young players in the world he'd have at least a dozen starts to his name. To have him above A Bayern Munich regular IS ridiculous. Alaba has proved himself at the highest level. What has Januzaj ever done to warrant being considered a better player?

He's the greatest player of his generation.

Just like every player United spend masses of money on.

how do you see this potential though? through games yeah? and surely not all games are relative are they? else some of the amazing performances i've put in against my dad's mates when i was like 16 would be equivalent to the performances of this united reserve, and that, in turn, is laughably also equivalent to alaba's performance in the biggest game ever. ya bish?

But it's about seeing their potential ability as a player, not stop and think, nah this isn't a good level, he'll be shit against better players.

If you're making a list like that I don't see the point in filling it with players that are already household names. Surely the point of it is to predict players most likely to become stars instead of making a list of full internationals who have already won tens of trophies between them at senior level. For me, Adnan is the only interesting one in the list, and I'd like nine more like him.

But he's not one of the "top 10 young players in the world" is he? The "top 10 young players in the world" are already household names because they're the "top 10 young players in the world".

I guess what I'm saying is that this list is boring and I'd rather see a top ten of non-established young players. Two or three of those players might make the top ten players in the world, never mind young players. Adnan shouldn't even be in the same category.

Götze fourth, laughable, 19 goals and 22 assists last season and won player of the season award.

Also Draxler not included, top goalscorer at Schalke as AM and german international and only 19.

Papadoupolous is ok, he is a fucking beast, for four years a reagular starter for us and he is only 21

Hm, i dont believe anybody will sign him this summer. He is injured since november ( knee injury). But if he comes back this season, he could leave in winter for 30 million euro

Big rumours that Liverpool & Schalke have negotiatied with a fee in the region of €15-18mil, but it's gone a bit cold... No way we'd pay that much for him.

We rejected 22 million last season from St. Petersburg.

He is it worth. Trust me. Youll love him. Never gives up, is fighting for every ball. Is, since he is 19, our vice captain and would be our captain if Höwedes would not be born here.

He is not such a wank who plays only for the money for your club, he will give his heart and soul.
