I've made an executive decision to do this anyway, categories are as follows:

Funniest Poster
Best Match Reports
Worst Poster
Most Pessimistic Member
Most Optimistic Member
Member you'd most like to have a pint with
Thread of the Year
Least Knowledgeable Poster
Most Knowledgeable Poster
Worst Set of Fans
Best Set of Fans
Member of the Year

PM your votes to me, you can vote in as many or as few categories as you want, the bottom five at least should be manageable...

Results will be on the playoff final weekend (day TBC), so get your votes in by Friday 22nd May.

Would be nice, but is it even worth it? The forum is so dead we would hardly get many votes sadly.

I think / hope there are enough regular posters to make it worthwhile.

Do it! Do it!

I want to win Championship's funniest member as well. I've only been here a day but I make up like 50% of the posters by the looks of it so I reckon I stand half a chance. Hopefully the other bloke votes for me and I tactically abstain :animatedf:

He welched on his bet that Rovers would finish above us last season so I wouldnt count on it.

Does SERNWA still exist? He seems to have disappeared. I was hoping to vote for him in some category this season. "Most compassionate, considered, tolerant poster".
I love how he patiently explains his point of view (which is unerringly accurate to the point of being like NASA's Messenger probe) and then uses his utmost guile, cunning and sheer elegance to win an opponent over. Which he invariably does, because he's just ... well.... Mr Congenialty. Rotherham's Sandra Bullock. But with a pint of expensive lager. And a taste for eyebrow-raisingly young Gillingham cheerleaders.

Despite the lack of interest and belief that this is worthwhile, I'm going to do it anyway. Categories and details now in the first post, so vote you bastards!

I've voted, I better win something, even if it's biggest Belm, a trophy is a trophy.

I've voted too.

Is it too early to MK Dons in the worst opposition fans section?

Have pinned this - much like we did in the L1 forum.

Will send a vote in shortly, but with obviously not viewing this section of the forum as frequently as many of you who were in this league this season, my decisions on who to vote may take a while

Thanks. Like I said in the first post, you don't have to vote in all the categories so don't worry if you can't work out who to vote for.

El Guapo loves me. He'll vote me for Most Lovable. #nailedon
Half-expecting both Mark and yourself to have nominated me for that ‘worst’ member award.

I will have to dust off my ceremonial suit. And devise an acceptance speech, just in case.

Can't remember. Sorry, but your posts really aren't that memorable, tbh.

Yet you name-drop me more on here than anybody else has combined. I was embarrassed for you that you questioned my whereabouts after months of inactivity. Have a word with yourself.

Name-dropped you twice. Sorry that no one else has ever mentioned you more than once. Sure you'll get over it, though. Post more than just inane gifs and I am sure you can succeed here.

I genuinely cringed at that last line. I have absolutely no interest whether anybody here will deem me to be a 'success' or not.

The problem I am going to have with that is that I am not electronically tagged to the Internet, under house arrest.. unlike yourself. There's more to life than football forums and animal porn.

One week until the deadline, as it stands I don't have enough votes for this to go ahead. If you're thinking 'I knew this would happen, that's why I didn't bother to vote', then you're part of the problem. Be part of the solution.
