are there any posh fans on here? If so how many will come over? Would have thought a 1000 as it's not that far.
Tight game. We don't score many or concede many so I'm going for a 1 0 home win or a 0 0 draw.
Nasser scored two crackers on tue at Blackpool ( the winner was sublime ) so he may get the winner if we manage to score.
Be nice to stay top six a bit longer so I can savour the moment...

Posh only tend to bring 3-400 to us (far less before McAnthonys money) so doubt they'd bring 1000 twenty miles less, few on here though. Tough one to call this, Burton have started well, Posh not so despite expecting to do well 1-1

Posh won't have played Burton for ages so a new ground for many as well as the brewery and decent pubs in Burton will add a few extra hundred onto the gate I reckon.

We had sold 500 as of Tuesday. No idea why we take low amounts to Vale as we take more to further distances than that. Our attendances have been shocking recently and will continue to be due to major apathy. But who can blame us we are playing the worst football since the fry era.

*edit*( actually looking at it we took 600 odd the year before last http://www.uptheposh.com/matches/8217/ )

Doesn't help that Burton have made it all ticket, we tend to bring more when pay on the day is an option. I'm going however as my old man is only the other end of the a444.

I expect we will lose again, it's really starting to look like we might end up in a relegation scrap.

Albion have looked good so far this season and are full of confidence. I'm still expecting a tight game but reckon our team spirit will triumph.

Won't be more than 700 there I reckon. Probably 550 tops.

Can't see us winning either. 2-1 loss.

The referee was absolutely dreadful, in fact he was a disgrace.
Some absolutely woeful decisions for and against both sides.
I couldn't see anything wrong with Peterborough's 98th minute disallowed goal.
Peterborough fans must be absolutely gutted

Where the fuck do they find these morons? What a dreadful decision.
We deserved to win but that's an equaliser all day long.

Agree with the fact it should have stood but it would have been the most undeserved point.

I just can't put in to words how utterly shit we were.

Only watched the highlights obviously but El Khayati still looks like a fantastic player for Burton. When he came on against us last season I'd say he's probably one of the best players I've seen at our ground. Reckon he'll follow JFH wherever he ends up next after Burton.

As for the game you have to feel sorry for Posh being mugged like that at the end, seemed a very harsh decision.

The disallowed goal is frustrating, but really, we got what we deserved.

We are so, so poor that I really can only see relegation for us this year. Thats not being pessimistic, but we have been on a downward spiral for over 3 years now and in that time, we have sold every decent player we have had and replaced them with youth teasers and chancers.

In my opinion, the chairman is trying to recoup as much as possible before selling, which I think will happen in the next 6 months.

Evidently the whistle had gone before Anderson shot for a foul by Taylor, I can't see the incident myself.
We played ok but not great for 65 minutes and were coasting at 2-0 but the substitutions, the sending off and Maddison's excellent strike combined with us looking shattered made for an uncomfortable last 20 minutes in a game we should have had wrapped up easily.
JFH described our performance as rubbish but was happy with the 3 points.

El Khayati is doing very well, he has real talent, he is on a 2 year deal at Albion and really enjoying it. Will not be surprised if bigger clubs come knocking.
Regarding yesterday Posh didn't deserve a point, that incident was in the 8th minute of stoppage time ! but I agree it seemed very harsh.
