Well things down at the Valley aren't rosy and the Belgian is coming under even more pressure from the fans whilst we are unbeaten in 11 and looking to be closing on the top six. All sorts of shenanigans going off with the Addicks and we should turn them over but football is a funny old game and we looked jaded on Tuesday. Sneaky home win.

Going to have to have a bet on that now I've said it.

Seriously though, this could get really ugly for us. I'm not exaggerating when I say this could be the most inept Charlton side I've ever seen, up against in of the form teams in the division. We only have a couple of players who you feel are actually capable of anything and one of those limped off during the the game at MK.
The atmosphere around the ground isn't going to be a pleasant one either, the introduction of the new 'interim' manager should be funny though.

Oh, and we have not scored in 5 games so the Wednesday defence won't be having many nightmares.

CAFC 0-3 Wednesday

Having looked at our line-up, you could be right.

The bench is just fucking horrendous.

Well, where to start.

Eventful day to say the least but very enjoyable. First protest went well, although relations have not improved after our CEO appeared at the window smirking and chuckling, took a few pics on her phone and walked off. Next protest will be with the sky cameras watching.

On the pitch. I could not have been more wrong. We were just brilliant for 90 minutes and Wednesday really struggled to cope. 3 goals, 100% effort from all the players, all things that have been lacking in the previous 12 games. Not getting carried away, there is still a lot of work needed and I just hope this good result doesn't mean Charlton fans forget that the issue is off the pitch and has to remain the focus.

I don't often praise Charlton fans but I have to admit singing 'Jason Euell's red and white army' was good.

All in all, a cracking day. Not had many of those in the last 2 months.
