Not surprised. Done well at Leicester but, in my opinion he seemed out of his depth, some of his tactics/formations etc seemed strange and what he did yesterday with McArthur was really weird.

Bit pointless right after the transfer window closed though?

If true, not surprised. The bloke genuinely seemed to be losing the plot yesterday with that McArthur grapple.

Not surprised. He destroyed his relationship with the Leicester fans due to a few incidents after gaining promotion last season. Then yesterday happened and yeah...... I'm not sure what went through his mind there.

Who comes in next then? I really can't think of anyone off the top of my head that isn't already employed and would actually get them safe.

Sad really, I quite like him. You can tell that there's a proper 'man' there that would be scary if he properly flew off the handle. Yesterday was a bit weird, but I can forgive him as there must be a back story.

He said McArthur said something to him in which case he's entitled to do what he did imo the way it all transpired. Leicester probably had the best man for them, who could they possibly get thats any better for that club?

The man always seemed a bit of a weirdo in his interviews, and this is not taking into account yesterday's bizarre behaviour.

Would Curbishley ever consider it? It's foreign owner syndrome again. Watch them bring in someone like Di Canio.

Not surprised. Think they need to start seriously considering a manager who will gain promotion from the Championship rather than keeping them in the league

Can see why they've done it, not only are they under-performing but the bloke's become a bit of a headache with his recent weird behaviour. I'm guessing they were anticipating another FA charge and ban too.

Amount of Leicester fans who want Karl Robinson is bizarre. Wouldn't want him anywhere near if I supported them.

This media love in with Robinson is ALMOST enough to make you as sick as when he moans about tight resources at the Dons.

Just fuck off.

Would be a bad time to sack him anyway. Too late for a new manager to bring in their own players and also if they do head down they are getting rid of a manager capable of bringing them up.

It's a good time if you ask me, a honeymoon period could set them up nicely for the final months.

I hear he was being relieved of his duties, when he lost it and Grabbed the person around the throat.

Leicester City Football Club would like to clarify its position relative to its manager, Nigel Pearson.
Contrary to media speculation on Sunday evening, Nigel remains the Club’s First Team Manager. Reports to the contrary are inaccurate and without foundation.

Nigel, his staff and the first team squad are entirely focused on Tuesday night’s trip to Arsenal and our continued efforts to secure our position in the Barclays Premier League.

How strange.

Nice one, Sky.

Some of these 'sources' in football nowadays relates to being in a playground full of 12 year olds, where one kid decides to pluck something out of thin air, tells a few people, and they go round spreading the bullshit even further.

Hard to explain what I mean, but the general idea is out there.

Call me crazy, stupid, a visionary or a downright genius but I reckon they'll get
Ranieri in and he'll have them damn close to winning the league with Vardy
breaking the record for goals scored in consecutive games and Mahrez playing
very impressively.

Also David Bowie will die.

RIP

Agree.

Read on metro that Kane was linked with Real Madrid. Who actually believes that shit?

Why did it take the club so long to rubbish the reports?

Are Leicester under-performing? Looking at the players they have on paper, the money spent in the summer, and 'only' 4 points from 17th, I'd hardly say that Pearson is doing a bad job. Not exactly pulling up trees mind, but anyway...

...if McArthur did say something to Pearson, then Pearson should have spoke up since taking away the vocals it very much looks like Pearson is the aggressor.

The scuffle with McArthur was nothing, and as he said he's not obliged to divulge what was said. That situation has been blown out of proportion, it's not another Pardewesque moment.

It wasn't nothing, he literally pinned an opposition player to the ground by the throat. It was more weird than anything else, and the player's reaction kinda showed that nothing was said nor was the situation angry on his part, making Pearson's actions even weirder. He's a really strange man.
