Who isn't? One of life's certainties. Death, taxes and a win at Kingfield.

Probably losing at home to Tranmere. Have a shaky feeling - they'll be up for it after the cup matches. Winning would be a huge step for us with Torquay, Boreham Wood and Welling being our three matches following.

We've got a tough game against the French, and given our recent league form (12 points out of 33) I'm not too confident. Need to get back on form or we'll be out of the play-off places, let alone title race. Our injuries are clearing up so Aaron O'Connor might be involved, which should help.

Our 2 games against Les Douvres were both scrappy 0-0's last year, doubt this one will be a thriller either.

No Farman for us, so Grant will continue in goal. Power's back from suspension but I'm not sure he'll go straight back in, although I'd like to see us with 3 in the centre of the park because I don't think we'll get away with doing it against Tranmere as we did against Aldershot. Hawkridge will probably come in for Tempest after being left out midweek.

Would take a point now if it were offered. We've been 11v11 against Tranmere for 1¼ of the 2 games recently and they've been better than us in those periods and would consider themselves unlucky not to have scored.

Should, repeat SHOULD be a home win for us tomorrow, although Welling have had a couple of decent results recently. Bogle and Pittman still injured so the team should be pretty much the same as the win at Barrow on Tuesday.

The only real decision is whether to start on-loan Alex Jones, who impressed in his 15 minutes on Tuesday, or stick with winger Marcus Marshall up front. If Marshall does miss out he'll be very unlucky as he been excellent this season. He was probably the only summer signed most Mariners fans were a bit doubtful about after his time here previously, when he didn't really impress in his 2nd spell and having not torn up any trees at Lincoln (apart from scoring at BP), but fair play to the lad, he's been excellent when he's played this season and scored an excellent individual goal last Saturday.

Hoping our decent home record against Macclesfield somehow helps, I believe they've only one once at our place in eight attempts.

Well tomorrow at Harrogate will be the Sixth consecutive Saturday where we are away and our Seventh Away game in our last nine matches!

Oh and barring a miracle it will be our 6th defeat in our last seven too.

Could well be Nickys final away game in Charge.

There is the small matter of club legend Paul Clayton playing for the opposition too. I hope he scores a hat trick and shows us up for letting him go (and we win 4-3!)

How long does that stretch back to though? 1994?

Dont knw m8.

Played 3, won 2, drawn 1, since we've been back in this division when you've visited.

Having watched the majority of our away games this season, I can safely say you are in with a decent chance of winning tomorrow. Frustratingly, we seem to be a different team at home and being exiled in London, I rarely see our home games.

Morale boosting win on Tuesday and a chance to push ourselves towards the playoffs.

Nailed on Woking win.

Away to Boreham Wood, quite fancy our chances to be honest after a confidence boosting win in midweek. They also have their cup replay to think about on Monday.

We're not happy about that media charge they enforce, issued a statement about it but we have paid up. Local radio station not covering though, first time in twelve years.

Any Torquay fans travelling to tomorrow's game must be mad - potentially the most tedious game of football ever played. Two out of form strugglers, gale force winds, risk of being crushed by a wobbly floodlight pylon... wouldn't bother.
I'll be there, expecting a 0-0 or a 0-1 to all but seal the manager's fate.

Didn't make either of the Cup games v Lincoln, but should be at this. It sounded as though we didn't have the rub of the green. Hoping for third time lucky tomorrow, but not confident. Lincoln, trips to the south cost aside, seem in decent form. Rovers perform better away and with selling all of our advance tickets, expecting a good turnout from the SWA. Can't decide between home win and draw.

I'd agree to a draw to be honest. We were playing against ten men for 70 minutes in the cup, we'd have had a far tougher ride otherwise, and you should have won the original game really.

A win is obviously massive for either side, us especially, feel we could win a lot of points quickly with our upcoming games.

Tranmere usually come away from Sincil bank empty handed, 1964 was the last time we won there and we've only managed 3 draws since.
The last time I went to this fixture was in November 1986 when I saw baldy Frank Worthington's blue and whites go down 3-1 with some dubious refereeing, so much so the officials were given a police escort off the pitch at the final whistle, a complete over reaction because Tranmere's away support in those days was similar in size to what Eastleigh and Borehamwood take away now. Lincoln were the first team to ever be automatically relegated out of the 4th Division that season, and didn't look likely relegation candidates until the last couple of games either, whilst Tranmere managed to stay in the the league by the skin of their teeth.
Lincolnshire has never been a happy hunting ground for Rovers so I'm going with a 1-0 home win and would be surprised to see more than 300 traveling over for this one.

Exactly like 2011. We are the most spectacular club at collapsing.

I hope this season will be an anomaly.

Despite being a dreadful fan, I'm actually going to the game today. Look out for me on the telly, chaps.

We're injury-ravaged at the minute. Would be delighted with a draw.

Out of form? We're unbeaten in four games mate!!!!1

But yeah, won't be many up there today.

To be fair, in the mid-80's far fewer people travelled to away games is it was often a case of taking your life in your own hands...I fell for the "what is the time mate" question at Hull, my answer confirming that I wasn't from that part of the World, fortunately the cops appeared before it turned nasty. At least now, regardless of how large our following might be, an away fixture is generally regarded as a good day out rather than something only for the criminally insane.

Ha! Our traditional season involves hitting the bottom of the table early and staying there. Because we like it. :ds:

When did Forest fucking Green ever play at Hull?

Hull fans are pussies. One sued Billy Aire and said he'd booted the ball into his face on purpose. Quite probably did, Billy didn't like losing, which is always an unfortunate trait in a Shayman. :hail:
