Are we going to be from different districts Oaf? You could have it like your district is where your football team is based or something? So District 1 & 2 are near the capitol so you could say fans of london teams etc then just split the country up. Just as some fun if someone kills someone else from their district it would be like

That's not something I'd actually considered. But hey, if this turns out alright there's no reason I couldn't see sequels happening in the future with stuff like that in there. But then again I said that with TFF Wars, and who the fuck knows when TFF Wars 2 is happening...

Ok, this is cool. Gonna decide on a deadline for sign ups... probably going to be pretty soonish. Like, tomorrow maybe. So if you're interested, get your name down now!

Ok, seems that I'm off tomorrow.... so that's when this will start properly.

So I'm going to set a deadline for sign ups of 5pm tomorrow.

And then half an hour from then will be when the first training camp will take place... more details to come later on that. But basically, you will be training up your speed stat... and it will require fast reactions, because yes, it will be Fastest Finger type trivia stuff. Though don't worry, it won't be a case of one person being able to dominate it entirely because of their superior internet speed.

So that is:

5pm: sign ups close, the thread goes up, the introduction ect.
5:30pm: Speed training!

Also... I don't expect everybody to be able to make it for all of the training things. Don't worry if you're going to miss it... while these will give you a small advantage, I still think that your survival will be more based on luck. Though getting the boosts from these training games certainly won't hurt...

There will be a fair bit of decision making to be done to increase your odds of survival so it's not exactly a complete lottery, but there's nothing to say that even if you make great choices you won't run into a bit of bad luck. Which I guess is the same as most forum games like this really.

To be honest, we won't really know how the luck vs skill balance will play out until this thing is done. I'd like to think that the winner will be somebody that gives a great performance in the training rounds followed by good decision making once you enter the arena, as opposed to being somebody who just flukes their way through!
