I would say the chances of tomorrow being on are pretty good at the moment. it depends on the volume of rain we get overnight as that might water-log it but personally I think the game will be on. This is finally our first home game of the year, Our first since the 20th fof December and only our second since the 15th of November!!

Think it will be an exciting game. FGR were not all that convincing way back in August when I visited for my first away game. Certainly think their front line will cause us problems and I think ours will them. Again it boils down to how we defend and how our new defenders settle in.

Big game tomorrow, and expecting it to be tough against an in-form side. As we have a ridiculous habit for conceeding to former players and half of Lincoln's team seems to have played for us before I'm very nervous. Hoping we offer a bit more of a threat than we did at SB when even against 10 men for most of the game we couldn't break down Lincoln's supposedly-weak defence. Should be an exciting game but have a feeling it may end up like Grimsby on Boxing Day (they score early and then nullify our attack).

P.S. Quite happy for Fairhurst to score from a yard out with his arse this week!

Normally I'd be more concerned with just the result, no matter how it comes, but after two poor away days, I think we need to not just win, but win playing well.

Hard to say how much Brabin leaving will affect them.

We don't do nullifying particularly well, which is why we have one of the worst defences in the division. It's still a case of 'we'll score more than you' but a little more calculated.

Macc don't score or concede many, we score and concede in equal measure. Something will have to give.

Nolan is suspended, Diagne is injured but I'm not sure what the score is with Marshall who missed last weekend through injury. I'd personally get Miller back at CB in place of Brown.

My work colleague is the refs assessor for tomorrows game so I will get a neutral opinion on how we did and hopefully he has nothing bad to say about the ref!

As for us we have three doubts in LJL, Neilson and Arnold.

Exciting one this, Lincoln are on form here. I know it's not based on anything but we always concede against ex players so there's a big chance of that happening tomorrow. Chance to make up our game against Bristol so we could really do with all 3 points to keep the pressure on. Hopefully Holroyd will be back fit because i didn't really rate Waide out wide. Any Lincoln fans on here making the trip?

Not sure what to expect with so many new signings recently. Kiddy are on a good run of away form though so not expecting a win - while at the same time thinking we are more than capable of getting it.

Long story short - I don't have a clue

How's the weather been in Chester? Will the game be on?

We'll take a point, followed by six from Chester and Dover.

It's been fine the last couple of days. Would think it would have to be an extremely cold night and morning tomorrow to put the game in any doubt.

I was thinking if i was a Lincoln fan i would be happy with a point, just hope you don't sit back as i think that will be a boring game for all as we would just cancel each other out. What we are best at is playing on the break.

I'm exactly the same, can't work out what to expect from us or Kiddy really. We do need to beat them or Lincoln though to avoid getting too close to the bottom lot.

No fucking chance. Been there, done that (several times!)

Distance wise it's not a massive journey but, boy, what an arsehole of a journey. Sends you dizzy after a while.

Agree but honestly can't see us being relegated now Matty Hughes is back. We'll be safe with at least a few games to go I reckon.

I can't either, think we'll climb now, just want to be comfy!

Alfreton are the only one in the bottom four who I think might get out of it.

Big game for both sides tomorrow. How we play depends if we can keep 11 on the pitch. Play a more attacking style than we did under Simpson.
Sure there'll be 200-300 Imps there at least.

Need to get a decent result tomorrow. If we do then we will be 8 ahead having played a game more, same as we were 2 months ago.

So game OFF today v FGR. Apparently its frozen on the far side and waterlogged in the middle. Bitterly dissapointing. Still no home game in 2015. Our pitch looked poor in November/December before the cold snap started. Not sounding good. We might be rivalling Gateshead for the worst pitch in the League.
