12:15 kick off for this South Yorkshire derby, I can't go because of work but big Blades following will hopefully help the lads onto a massive 3 points.

If we go at them then i am confident of the win but if once again Clough plays it safe then we will be beat easily.

Blades to win 2-1.

Draw, Dingles are on fire of late and you seem to bottle the 'bigger games' so can see it petering out into a quiet drab game.

SYP going to have their hands full, we play Huddersfield at ours.

Can't look past a home win here, Barnsley are going well and I think Sheff Utd will struggle to break them down.

I think we are just hit & miss, one week we turn up and look unbeatable no matter who we are playing then week after we look like worst team in league.

It is simple for Clough though, promotion and he will be fine but fail in that objective then he will be shown door.

If we don't go up hes sacked, end of. Wouldn't be that surprised if he goes earlier although I think that would be daft now, too late Imo.

Can see a draw here. We seem to play better in the bigger games this year, or at least against the better teams such as Bristol City away. Plays to our strengths when teams attack us and we can counter.

I've nothing against Barnsley but if we're in with a chance of 6th we could do with a Sheffield United win.

I can't wait for but am also absolutely terrified of Saturday. If we win then the momentum continues, 10 unbeaten and in with a great shout of a play-off spot. If we lose then we could end up down in 11th/12th, United will sow up 5th place and the confidence of the players will take a huge knock. A draw doesn't really help either team much but would obviously be preferable to losing. Will be a fantastic atmosphere with 17-18,000 in attendance, just hope it's a good game and we come out on top.

What result suits you now mate?
Looking at where I've put my money after seeing the odds I'm saying Barnsley (can't believe the price on them).

Having a look at the table, as I've just done, I'd probably say draw but you could make an argument for any result having its plus for us.

From a betting point of view Barnsley leapt off the coupon.

I'd still say we're behind Bradford & Barnsley in the race for 6th given squads and the remaining fixtures.
With that in mind I'll be hoping for a Sheffield United win.

If the three below you all win their games in hand youd still be 6th and only 1 point behind ourselves.

With the hot & cold we're blowing at the moment I honestly expect Barnsley to pick up more points than us. Really think you should be looking to catch us and ignore what Barnsley do...although their good run cant last for the rest of the season, can it?

Nice and negative from nige again. The 6 outfield players on the bench should all be in the team.

I'd disagree about McEveley and possibly McNulty but how on earth Done isn't starting I don't know. Also Doyle and Baxter should be ahead of Coutts who hasn't offered anything whenever I' ve seen him.

Howards
Brayford Basham Kennedy Harris
Flynn Baxter Doyle Murphy
Done Davies

would have been my team, but then that'd mean playing two strikers and that can't happen.

Anyone that does well in the team instantly gets dropped. Both mcnulty and done this year. I personally like mcevely but yes i suppose im happy with kennedy. However why the fuck does davies get a game, absolutely wank. Im hoping im proved massively wrong in 2 1/2 hours time.

I think a draw would be best.

If we win against Crewe on Monday, then we'll be in 5th, a point ahead of United with them having a Yorkshire derby against Donny. Also a point for Barnsley keeps them at arms length, especially with their GD.

Come on lads. Just settle on a 1-1.

Barnsley's unbeaten run under Johnson seems to be coming to an end.

Big win that for the Blades.
