Blackburn vs Brentford

Tricky to call this game - they've started pretty well so far, and we're now going to be without Maupay for the game. I'll still back us for the win but wouldn't surprise me if we drew.

We looked a bit tired for the first 70 minutes against Villa, too many passes going astray and not getting to the 2nd ball quick enough. So there'll probably be a couple of changes. My guess would be:

Bentley

Dalsgaard - Konsa - Mepham - Barbet

Mokotjo - McEachran
Sawyers

Benrahma - Forss - Watkins

My prediction: Blackburn 1 - 2 Brentford (Dack - Watkins, Benrahma)

Edited now Maupay's suspension is confirmed - we'll miss him.

Didn’t deserve to lose that. They had two shots all game, one of which came from our goalie’s error, we hit the woodwork twice. Not a good performance from us but shouldn’t have lost that at all.

We need to stop making silly errors, unfortunately mainly by Bentley so far, as it’s costing us a lot of points.
