Well it's not end of argument is it?

Because firstly he made a mistake and clearly meant league 2. Don't be a prat and then say that he doesn't know what league his team was in.

But fine let's do a Briz Red comparison should we?

City go to a final in Cardiff. Rovers go the season after for the JPT and take more than 40k. City go to Wembley for a championship final play off. Rovers again took more to Wembley in the L2 play off final. Surprising as it was your arguably "one of the most important games in your history"

Oh and by the way, our away average last season was 1161. So being 139 fans out of an entire season average is hardly 'garbage'. Now is it end of argument?
Just saying, our tickets sold out for Wembley for Hull in the first day of general sale.

Not that I want to argue, or come into this thread to antagonise Rovers fans, just stating a fact.

By doing what? Stating facts and debating attendance figures?
Lol but that doesn't change the fact that we took more for a L2 Playoff final against Shrewsbury than you did for either Hull or the JPT. Facts are facts, remember. If you had a bigger allocation then it would probably be otherwise, but it's not:2thumb:

The thing with stating facts and debating attendance figures with you lot, is that you just don't like to hear it. Everyone knows you get higher home gates, no Rovers fan will make excuses for it. But your away followings are on par with ours. You get double our home gate so does that make our away following good or yours poor?

What made me laugh was when we had similar away followings when we were in the conference. A city fan genuinely came onto our forum and tried to blame it on some of the dross you had to visit in a double winning season! We were visiting teams like Altrincham and Braintree ffs.

The thing is, your away followings are good yes, but we still average more away from home every season which is telling.

I'm not one of those, I'm not looking for an argument, merely a discussion. You got proof that you took more than 42,000 to Wembley for the Shrewsbury game? I don't remember that, just curious.

But ignoring facts that I put back to you, don't forget that part.

Yes you do get more away, the part we argue is that as a percentage to your home gates, you average away attendance is very poor.
