This will be an interesting encounter, Jimmy Dack's 1st game officially as manager and the return to the Pirelli stadium of Rene Howe who had an unhappy 6 month stint there.
Albion are coming into the match after their 1st defeat in 13 matches and will be looking to bounce back to form whilst Newport will be looking to re-ignite the play off hopes. So what can we expect ?
I reckon we will have to score twice at least to win as Howe is bound to score in the manner of returning strikers !
In a strange way the defeat at Accrington may have done Albion good and i'll be surprised if we don't perform in this game, almost a fully fit squad to chose from, I would like to see Curier start his 1st game up front with Beavon.
Going for 2-1 to the Brewers

Well played Newport, much the better side over 90 minutes, Jackson at right back had a great game just as he did in the reverse fixture.
Think JFH got it all wrong today, should have started with Curier up front with Beavon.
Albion top of the league ? You're having a laugh after a performance like that !
Need to sort it out very quickly.

Can't argue with any of what you say there Terraceman.
A very disappointing game from our perspective but credit due to Newport.
Jackson was easily MOM, a quick quality player, with good distribution and a great throw.
