Has that long haired ponce in the middle stopped holding his head yet? He seemed to hurt it every time someone went near him.

Flint had a bad game, marks to Ibehre I guess. Agard was awful other than clumsly winning the pen.

Draw fair from what I saw but I missed the last 15.

Ref lost the plot big time.

Shame on City fans abusing Johnson.

Said I'd take a point today, and was a really enjoyable game to watch, especially happy to score the 2nd, given Barnsley's frustrating but effective tactics.

Barnsley look very organised, and much improved under Johnson, and they'll be a tough playoff opponent, and will definitely get there.

Also - JET must start Friday, Agard hasn't done enough of recent to keep JET out of the side.

And that little ponse in the middle for Barnsley with curly hair - absolute tosser.

Oh yeah, just to add (a few will like this) Cott's HAS to change his first 11 now. Drop Agard and play JET. Even though he won the penalty, Agard has to be dropped to the bench and JET start. It's an absolute no brainer now!

Agreed. I've backed Agard from the start but my patience with him is running thin now. JET has more than earned his place, and I fully expect him to start next week

Can only look at every point gained as a positive from here on in, even if PNE win both their games in hand, will still be 5 points behind, with us still go to travel to Deepdale.

Another game ticked off.

Agree with most of what's been said.

Good performance from us, Ibhere was an absolute monster up top and Waring is going to have a job on getting his place back if he carries on like this. Great strength and some wonderful skill to go with a well taken goal and assist. Thought City were slightly better than at Oakwell but still obviously not at their best, but the will to get something from the game was clear to see near the end and overall I'm very happy with a point. I'll let Wildsmith off for the second as he was obviously unsighted and made a few great stops before and after the equaliser. Solid debut for the kid.

9 unbeaten and still well in with a shout of 6th after two very tough games:ds:

So we rate our Joe then, we expect Kirkland to leave in the summer and this lad is our new number 2.

I rate the lad, better than ROD who is performing well for Walsall.

He looked commanding enough, came out and got a good hand on a couple of crosses and as I said made a couple of great one v one stops. Even got a hand on the ball for the second goal but the power/bodies blocking his view meant he was unlucky it went in. Was a decent stand in for Adam Davies, another one of your ex academy/reserve keepers who looks like he could become a quality stopper.

I thought your best player, after Ibehre, was your left back. Had a brilliant game

George Smith? That's good to hear, I thought he coped very well too. He only made his professional debut at Preston on Boxing Day and has been pretty solid for us in the games he's played since then. Was chucked back in yesterday as Declan John was on international duty and had a good game. He's not John Stones quality but has the potential to go onto bigger and better things for sure.

As for your side, I can't say anyone stood out as being better than the rest, but once you went for it the entire team looked a formidable unit from front to back and it was immediately obvious then why you're 10 clear at the top.

Yeah that was him. Looked a very strong player. Didn't even realise you had Declan John either, you've done well there!

Jabo Ibehre is the only player to have gotten the better of Flint this season
I must have dreamt that Michael Smith left him on his arse humiliated when he scored the winner in November!

It probably felt like a dream considering you were most likely too busy trying to fight our fans. You piece of scum.

I had a great vantage in the Don Rogers, for what it's worth, - and the only attempted fighting I could see was the chavs who made their way to the bottom of the Stratton Bank straight after the winner!

Cheers mate. Would be good if there was the option to hide a specific persons. Will suggest it in the Announcements section.

Crossed the line again, disagree with a post but to resort to personal insults is pathetic.

Oh calm down sweetheart, he crossed the line when he called a poster scum but you didn't pull that up did you.

Not a good enough 'vantage point' to see the Swindon idiots trying to do the same though I assume John? That's why our 'chavs' as you call them reacted to be fair. IIRC your lot were doing the Turkish cut throat actions.
I would imagine they won't be doing it in BS3 next week?

Was I at the wrong game? I didn't see any trouble in the ground from either set of fans.

There was the usual pavement dancing before the game.

You are right, though. There will be no problems from our 900 fans at AG as compared to over 3 times that number of City fans at the CG.

Should be a good 'un!

It was just a load of street dance posturing TBH Dan but for John to paint our lot as 'chavs' when your lot were just as bad is a little rose tinted IMHO.
I have no doubt it will warm up after we play on Friday, it won't be hospitable, let's put it that way.:shifty:
If we can win on Friday and then beat your lot, we're pretty much there so there might be a bit of a party going on, led, no doubt, by a certain Mr Flint!
