Sales not going great for Wigan next Wednesday, less than 1,500. Was never gonna be massive after 5,500 on Saturday but thought we’d hit 2k at least. Having two of the three local away games within 4 days of each other is shite like.
Yeah but if it’s not until next Wednesday you might still take 2000+, still six days away.

How many for the Tuesday after Muzzle?
No figure yet, if we lose at Millwall and Parky still in charge, will be less then 1000, level of apathy increases every game

Wigan have sent us a third allocation for our game on the 22nd Dec, we already had just over 4,200, presumably the final allocation takes it up to about 5000? Somewhere in the back of my mind I seem to recall you can get 6000?

We’ve sold around the same for Bolton the following Saturday.

Birmingham have decided to take a decent following up to our gaffe for a change. Not far off 4k sold for our game just before Christmas. Not a clue how many Reading are bringing Saturday, but it’s Reading so yeah probably the usual 500ish.
To be fair Birmingham can take great numbers away at times, and sometimes poor, a bit like ourselves, also teams like Sheffield United, Norwich, Forest and Boro, can all take great numbers away, and sometime poor numbers, the 3 teams who always take good numbers away are Leeds, Wednesday and Villa.

Blues usually travel well for Saturday games. It’s midweek games where it drops, although they still can take decent numbers on occasions.

I find Norwich always travel pretty consistently, very underrated support both home and particularly away given the distance they have to travel.

Their away support has picked up a bit in recent years hasn’t it?

Gonna take 4k despite being wank that is on a par standard with villa tbf
Bit closer for them, and ours was late KO televised, but yes, I’d say it was on par with us. Not a lot between ours and Wednesdays away support this season.

They've gone to another level for some reason. Probably cos they are worse on the pitch and have worse home crowds than us, they need something to shout about.

That's hurt you hasn't it pal haha?

Not one bit, quite the opposite, I find it brilliant how just over 2 years ago you were absolutely miles ahead of us in every way, you were 'on you're way' now your coming to bramall lane, not attempting to even attack and celebrating 0-0 draws like 3-0 wins. Amazing what Chris wilder has done really.

1150 sold for Brentford on tuesday, win tommorrow and it will virtually sell out. Lose tommorrow and that's that.

For where they are in the league it’s not great, but they don’t travel that well anyway. Average following I’d say.

How much were tickets?
36 pound, so not a bad following and away to stoke Wednesday night and that has sold out, I am going on Wednesday, could not afford both with Christmas round the corner. Heard Sheffield United will not make general sale as it is already nearly a sell out.

Would have taken 5000, if you gave us the tickets, my fav away game ever was at your place in 86, when we took 10000, in a crowd of 19000, we won 1-0, Gee scoring for us in our promotion season, under Arthur Cox. We use to take excellent away numbers in the mid 80s, loved going away on the football special, had some great times following the Rams back then.
