We need to win and I'd be surprised if we don't tbh, with Colchester deep in trouble and the fact we beat them 6-0 in the reverse fixture.

Wales international George Williams has re-signed for us on loan until the end of the season from Fulham which gives us another option with Jonson Clarke-Harris returning to Rotherham United. Be interesting to see him back and how he has developed since becoming both ours and the FA Cup's youngest ever scorer after scoring in the 6-0 win over Nantwich Town at 16 years old.

Anyway, we won't win big here after back to back defeats for the first time this season. Going to be a tight one I reckon but we should come out on top...

We've had a 6-0, 5-1 and 1-5 against Colchester. Similarly to Oldham, they don't like playing us...so hopefully more of the same...get that GD back up (not that it is too bad ATM )

We should win, but I'm still concerned about the 'keeper situation. I'm sure McLoughlin will start if Martin is still out (the only other option is a raw 19yr old with only one league sub appearance to his name) but he looked very shaky on Saturday and that transmitted itself to the back four.

As for that back four, McFadz is back after a two game ban and that should mean that Andrews is back on the bench, but I wouldn't be surprised if he partners Potter in the middle and Dele moves up to no'10.

Hoping for a routine win. 2-0, goal in each half, which will set us up nicely for the Posh game son Saturday.

Really hoping that Ben Reeves is fit enough to start, if so I would expect him to take the 10 role and Andrews to return to the bench as cover for Potter and Alli.

Although the evidence is stacking up, I don't believe all the outrage that Robinson is intent on shoe-horning Andrews in to the side I think he has just tried to be a bit too clever with pre-match tactics. Dropping Hodson for Gillingham (if 100% fit) was an absolute howler of a decision, but with McFadzean back we can return to the usual back four.

Can't really afford to drop points in this one.

Not sure why but I fancy unlucky Karl and his cheapskates to grab an away win here...quite a heavy one ;)

No you don't understand! Something in posh players heads switches when they play MK and they have the best game of their lives!!! Always do! But feel more confident about Saturday now than I did earlier!

Cant remember one decent effort by them on our goal.... If you can't beat these you do not deserve the honour of being our runners up :fl:

A very even first half with nothing in it really, and then MK nicked one just before the break. I have no idea what happened; the ball was bouncing around a little and all of a sudden Alli appeared to have found himself with the freedom of the penalty area to take as long as he wanted to put it in.

In the second half we huffed and puffed but couldn't break down MK who were quite happy to just sit and protect their lead, which is fair enough. We never looked like we would create anything clear cut and the only real half chance we had was a nice half volley from about 25 yards which McLoughlin saved at full stretch.

Disappointing.

Average indeed. Did nothing of note until he nicked a goal, made a meal of a few challenges and strolled off for a bit of time wasting. £5m, eh?

He is by far the best player I have seen in an mk shirt it's hard to believe he is still 18 and runs the midfield and dictates some games. He may not perform every week but he is still a great player when he doesn't

Wonderful news. Especially the clean sheet.

Now we need to use this advantage.
