Don't thing Swindon fans care much for this match and not many Colchester fans on here so thought I'd start this, as its a big game for us teams down the bottom. Hope Swindon take it serious and play a strong team and ultimately win. Got a feeling even if they play a strong side Colchester will win.

Colchester 1-0 Swindon

We're playing a completely different team to the Preston game, so I imagine plenty of first teamers will return to the starting line-up.

Still expect us to lose, mind.

I think its right we play a decent team tonight. Not only is it fair to the teams at the bottom, but also to try and get some form going into the play-offs.

I still think we'll lose also. 2-1

I'm going to this one, only as I booked the train ages ago. I've been told the ground is in a crap place and is pretty forgettable.

Good to hear Mike. What about Saturday you think?

I suppose there is a difference between a long trip to Preston where you wouldn't expect much anyway when it comes to resting players, and the last home game before a play-off campaign. At least that is what I am hoping!

Haven't felt this up for a game since Coventry the other week... eurgh, that went well. Dreading this. Three points would be huge but, even though losing doesn't end it, I wouldn't really see a way out of this for us if we were to lose.

As a great man once said. Its time to 'fix up look sharp'.

1-3 with a strong line up out please Town.

Local rag says were playing a stronger team apparently.

I'll go for a 1 - 1 draw

Swindon owe it in the name of fairness to play properly. Lets face it 8 times out of 10 Swindon would get at least a point here. Feel Colchester will win but hopefully PNE will send them down on Sunday !! Sorry U's fans no offence but 4 hour journey to a souless ground is ticked off and i,d prefer a day on the ale at Notts County.

Bit of a tangent, but I would not like us to relegate Orient on Sunday.

Good club and great away day

I'm not possibly accusing anyone, nor making excuses, but I would say anything other than a Swindon win is most definitely a fix and probably part of some Southern pact to offset some of next season's Northern-ess. Don't prove me right.

Really? Colchester is a bitch to get to, shithole of a ground when you get there and there's no pub.

Easier and quicker to get to you

Was going to say...Colchester being in League 1 will do us no favours if we stay down. Always seems to take forever to get there.

Edit: Fun fact; I met a girl from Southend in Kavos and promised to see her when I got back, then realised it was a bitch to get to. Nope.

TOWN STARTING XI (3-5-2) Foderingham; Stephens, Thompson N (C), Turnbull; Byrne, Kasim, Luongo, Gladwin, Toffolo; Williams, Obika

Our best 11 in my opinion.

You think Cooper will stick with that for Orient BB?? Or back to the kids?

Even though it's local, don't mind if Colchester drop.

No way to tell at this stage mate. Guess a lot will depend on any knocks etc taken tonight. Wouldn't be surprised to see Smith, Ricketts, Swift, Hylton start but would very much doubt it'd be anything like the shambolic line up we sent to Preston.

To be honest, is it better to play against the reserves who are going all out to impress and hope to force their way into the play-off team? Or against the stronger side who may be trying to avoid picking up any knocks?

Feeling very nervous, come on U's, please.

Think that side will also start against Orient - bar injuries or Branco-esque flying elbows!

Give them a couple of hard challenges early doors and hopefully they'll ease off for self-preservation. Start on the front foot, come on.
