Our manager is a c***, we've won 1 in 8, only scored once from open play in 7 games and we've just embarrassed ourselves in the tinpot trophy.......we will probably take about 43 fans down there.

Crawley are rock-bottom but providing they have an actual keeper, they're capable of keeping a clean sheet against us.

Our only hope is that Daniel Johnson can come in, hit the ground running and make things happen, taking some pressure off Gallagher who is our only source of creativity/ goals at the moment.

I was tempted to go, but I really really can't be arsed. Plus I need to start saving up for a big weekend in Manchester at the end of the month

The weather isn't very good so do Crawley have a hope in hell of getting this game on? or is there a slight wind down there?

Unbelievable a slight run of bad form and its all graysons fault your still easily 4th and well in with a chance of the top 2 got to the jpt final and still in the fa cup. Im not 100% sure just going on what my pne mate told me but i dont think youve spent any money for about 2 years have you id say hes doing a grand job

I can't really be assed going over it again, i've said plenty on the issue already.

It's not the results that concern me, it's his rancid football and his 'safety play' in big games. I'd happily see the back of the Yorkshire bastard tomorrow.

From the outside it looks like Grayson is doing a great job, ask pretty much all Pne fans and they'll range from should be doing better to complete shit.

Hopefully Johnson will give us a goal threat with Ebanks Blake.

I've been quite impressed with sheffield from the games Ive seen on tv against Tottenham and the league game at deepdale. If we manage to make it to the playoffs this year I can see United beating us comfortably.

Genuinely stunned by prestons sudden decline in form, top 2 not quite out of reach but it's certainly going to be a massive ask now you'd think!

On another thread, I said I wouldn't post again until we won.
I didn't expect to post so soon!!

Today was atypical of recent games, but we won.

Could I say though, had we been 4th with a winnable cup tie to play Man U at home I wouldn't have been slating our manager and/or team.

You've just got to take the rough with the smoothe! (especially as a Crawley fan)

Well done to the 515 nobbers that attended. (Bet the percentage that lived in Preston or nearby wasn't high though)

I couldn't give a fuck to be honest, unless you watch his shit every week, you're not entitled to an opinion.

I thought after Orient that Preston were out of the race for automatic, but didn't really see this coming. It's a strange one, fourth but something obviously isn't right what with home attendances dropping.

Hows Kilkenny doing now things arnt going too well?

Gonna be interesting to see how Johnson does at PNE.

Anonymous for us until finding himself playing behind Doyle after Roberts' injury, benefitting from two holding midfielders and given licence to supply ammunition.

From what I've seen Preston are far more physical and direct - where will DJ's subtlety fit in?

For what it's worth good luck to a lad who endeared himself to Spireites and embraced our club.
