Thought it'd be cool to have a thread to discuss transfers and rumours and all that.

As mentioned, Thorgan Hazard has moved to Gladbach from Chelsea on a 5 year deal. Think that's a good signing for Gladbach, and a potential replacement for when Kramers loan runs out and he returns to Leverkusen perhaps?

Wow, had no idea that Kramer was actually a Leverkusen player.

Anyway, Hazard doesn't play in the same role as he does but a good signing for Gladbach. I hope they end up in the CL and don't get knocked out in the play-offs like last time.

Nastastic agrees a permanent deal at Schalke. Can't say I'm surprised really. Like Hazard, he's young and if he's playing well regularly it wouldn't be a massive surprise to see them both linked with the major European clubs again. A bit like Kev De Bruyne.

Sami Khedira to Juve on a free. Excellent work in the market again from the Italians, I think.

Goodbye to Pogba or Vidal though?

Pogba would be my guess. Real Madrid need to make their annual mega signing and Pogba seems to be their choice this summer.

Yeh, although Vidal to Arsenal seems to be mooted a fair bit recently.

Christian Fuchs moves from Schalke to Leicester on a free. Decent addition for the Foxes in my book.

edit: Not a player move, but Jorge Jesus has left Benfica to take over at Sporting Lisbon. Surprising, but it appears Benfica wanted him to take a pay cut, while Sporting have offered a fair bit. Big loss for the champions though?

Great appointment for Sporting Lisbon that.

Juventus have signed Paulo Dybala from Palermo for £29m

I saw £24m? Not that it makes much difference - a good signing for Juve. Good attacking options with Tevez, Morata, Dybala and Llorente as a back up.

Certainly makes the title race an interesting one in Portugal next year, anyway.

Would be disappointed if he actually goes. Why leave a CL club for a non-CL club a year before the Euros? And why do Inter want to sign him AND Imbula?

Yeah bit of a strange one, but nonetheless, a decent addition by Inter in my opinion.

Jackson Martinez hasn't joined Milan, and now seems set for Atletico, where he will be a replacement for Mario Mandzukic who is close to a move to Juve (to replace Tevez who's off to Argentina).

In Germany, no major moves really that I've seen. Mitch Weiser has joined Hertha having been released by Bayern. Obviously Guardiola didn't see enough in the youngster, which was surprising as I think he's got good potential, albeit only having seen glimpses of him.

Gotta love the transfer window!

Goebbels joins Barca.

Saltire "I've always liked him".
Didn't like it when Henry signed for them, the overrated cheat that he is, so not always thats the case. Turan has good fight about him, is an intelligent player and tends to play well the bigger the game - I thought he was a cert for Chelski.

So what's going to happen with Turan regarding barcelona's registration embargo ? Is he going to sit on his arse for six months ?

Arda Turan is a good player. But having to wait until next January to play is, let's say, somewhat "inconvenient".

They should loan him and Aleixis out until January. They probably won't but I can imagine each player might want to go for it

You can't loan out a player that's not registered to your club . In effect turan will be a free agent . It's a mess !

Atletico sign Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco for €15m, Monaco still hold 25% of his rights.

Monaco also linked with El Shawaary

Delighted with that! He was awful last year.

One that I missed was Kevin Trapp from Frankfurt to PSG. Reading he may replace Sirigu as number one, who could be off to Italy.
