SUTSS is the first one out of my list. Fellow 1FF wars comrade and makes some balanced posts in the politics thread.

50. hodge, Pliny Harris, The Terminator and jacobncfc

So here we are, top 50. At this point isn't everyone a winner? We have four people here, I know three of them vaguely and one I don't think I know at all. If I was drunk and in a bar we'd probably get on and down a few shots but I doubt I'd remember their names the next day. jacobncfc 's dad lives in Qatar apparently, so presumably his father is guilty of perpetuating the slave trade. hodge is one of the 148 other interchangeably-nice-yet-utterly-indistinguishable Brizzle City supporters. I probably spoke to him before but I dunno. Pliny Harris possibly supports Halifax? The Terminator is a fan of the movie franchise of the same name, which [controversial opinion]isn't half as good as the Predator movies[/controversial opinion].

Sorry this one is a bit lackluster but I just don't know deez cats.

Addendum: jacobncfc has been on here for ages. Used to be a very entertaining yet cocky 14 or 15 year old when he first joined TFF. Don't really know what he's like now but he's always been an [apparently] decent football poster.

49. codaplenty

So as part of my research into said fishy friend I PMd another watery warbler, my good pal Son of Cod, for some aquatic advice. To my surprise he revealed to me that codaplenty was not in fact a Grismby fan, but was from Fleetwood. I had no idea Fleetwood was on the coast. In fact the only thing I knew about Fleetwood was that it was somewhere in the South and home to a huge fuel depot explosion about a decade ago. Turns out I was thinking of Hemel Hempstead, and Fleetwood is actually up near Garstang where my Grandma lives. Whoops. codaplenty is apparently 70 years old, so he's probably seen many explosions bigger than the Buncefield fire in his time anyway.

addendum: codaplenty has supported Fleetwood since their non-league days and is a thoroughly decent and friendly poster.

Codaplenty has supported Fleetwood from their non league days if it's the same fella as on 1FF and a decent and friendly poster.

Absolutely loving these write ups.

This is what a list reveal should be like.

Nonchalantly excellent.

48. claret50, Nilsson and StagsForLife

Another septuagenarian, claret50 didn't send a list in, but did send a polite PM back explaining why, which I really appreciated. It's always good when people reply to you, and don't ignore you and then make up a psuedo-interesting weekend to justify their rudeness. Naming no names. Nilsson is a name I recognise from TFF but haven't bumped into him here so much. I recognise him from TFF as as far as I remember he was pretty much universally reviled. I'm assuming that must have been in part due to United's hegemony at the time, as in all my interactions with him he's come across as a personable, knowledgeable gentleman. StagsForLife I was surprised to see so low. To be honest I get him confused with other posters fairly often, but I think he's alright. Four people voted for him which is the most at this stage for some time, so I guess either people forgot him or he's liked but not that liked.

A good round with good people, this. Impressive

Addendum: StagsForLife volunteers at his local hospital and has earned the moniker 'The Angel of the Wards' at Mansfield Community Hospital.

Addendum: Nilsson used to do good and interesting posts about films and books but then just went mad and turned into a terrible Prem forum poster prone to occasional bouts of right-wingery in the news forum [edited for un-thread like meanness]. In fact he used to do good long posts about books etc. and then delete them about 10 mins later.

Addendum: claret50 lists watching Ricky Tomlinson programmes and eating crisps as his main hobbies.

Addendum: StagsForLife can't remember which Mansfield poster he was on TFF, but he was highly demonised and took the closure of the aforementioned site as his cue to re-brand and he has done it with aplomb. Perhaps the most effective re-brand yet.

You're doing a great job Ian. Keep it up mate

But I'm kinda lost on how points are allocated. See, in my infinite wisdom, I thought it a good idea to list 15 guys instead of going for 10 or 20  So my question is this - how many points do those guys I had in 11th -15th get? Only asking because two of said members have already come up.

See my first post.

Also if anyone wants an exact points breakdown for anyone who has came up, please, do ask.

Right you are. I did read your first post but must've missed this - 'Any over that I have been giving the remainders 1 point a piece'.

Cheers.

47. HarvSFC, Mowgli, Abertawe, Alty and Kim Mitten

So out of this lot only Kim Mitten sent a list in, the others didn't so much as say 'no thanks'. A lesser man would call the other four all manner of awful, awful names. Since this is the nice guy thread I won't do that and I'll just think it. Kim Mitten films sinks apparently. I dunno it's just on the crib sheet a researcher handed me. He's also a great 'topper', which I thought was some homosexual comment but just means he has to one up other people in a conversation. He seems sound though, we work in kinda similar fields so had a couple nice chats, he was considered for the super cliquey clique and is currently in the vetting process. I have nothing to say of HarvSFC, mowgli, Alty or Abertawe, other than that I'm disappointed in Abertawe, as I thought we were friends. All five finish on 12 points a piece.

Addendum: Alty's finest moment was, of course, when he explained to us that British Imperialism was excused in India because we 'gave them cricket'. Dislikes kids in restaurants, possibly has darker hobbies than non-league football.

Addendum: HarvSFC is really tall and supports Southampton like my American mate Sean [not mine, someone else's]

Addendum: I reckon if you went drinking with Abertawe you'd get into some kind of naughty bother, possibly dissolve your tongue in bile.

Addendum: mowgli did, in fact, send in a list, so isn't such a bad egg after all.

I saw Abertawe and read Aberstone. I was about to cry foul.

Speaking of the Welsh one, isn't he a Stoke and Swansea fan? The one person looking forward to tonight's footie.

46. AFCB_Mark
AFCB_Mark is a thoroughly swell guy and probably my favourite admin, whenever I have an issue I go to him as I feel he hasn't been corrupted by the power too much. His list featured me too, which makes him a top geezer. Offers good post-match posts and seems nice. Basically an all-round lovely chap who has never posted photos of deceased family member's gravestones either, which is always something I look for in a poster. That is all I have to say.

Yup, well until now

45. Magic, NorfolkWomble and MagpieBee

I'd like to explain something I missed earlier with regards to the system. All posters who received a vote from just one person were removed from the equation. This was to prevent too heavy weighting, e.g. a respectable poster who received votes from half a dozen posters finishing below some clown who just put himself in first. Didn't work too well as NorfolkWomble appears here only because he voted himself in first place. I will name and shame all people who voted for themselves of course, and to be fair to NorfolkWomble he does deserve his place here. He is a thoroughly good chap, as he keeps telling us, and cleans disabled men (and women's) bottoms; he is always there to defend a hypothetical homosexual or ethnic minority from any perceived harassment online. Good on ye, chap. MagpieBee never responded to my query for a list, so I won't take the effort to research her either. Magic is a long-time forumite, being a mod back on TFF and an integral member of the HAMUC back in the day. I don't know if that's still a thing on here but by god I hope it is. These all feel like rather truncated sentences but there's nothing to really link these three. If they were baddies in Assassin's creed you'd have to kill them all one at a time rather than comboing them is what I'm saying.

It was mostly a CCC thing as far as I can remember, I think you had your own clique with the video game/crap TV show nerds.

That was a sharp drop from the previous list. My first few months as a poster on TFF/1FF outside of education have seen me kicked out of forum games, removed from JJ's WhatsApp group and now this.....

Apologies for not sending in a list by the way.

Were you 3rd last time out Harvs??

If it's any comfort I doubt I'll come anywhere close to my previous placing!!
