Unfortunately a 12:30 kick off, despite nothing big happening for... ever?

We've been good at home under Powell, barring a couple of hiccups, so I should be confident but you just feel Leeds can always pull it out of the bag, even though I have no doubt we're the better side on paper these days.

Yeah buddy! Can't beat that. Wish I was there though :(

Best wishes to Tommy Smith. Nasty incident that, seemed to take a knee to the head trying to clear the cross which led to the goal.

When we're not on it we're so shit. Powell's in game tactics drive me mad. I've never known a manager never use his subs, like, ever. Once again nothing til the last 5 minutes when it's obvious we have 2 or 3 players running on empty and we're at home to a side below us which was there for the taking.
I have no complaints though. Redfearn made an attacking change and he who dares wins.

I *think* Smith is fine. He just needed to get to hospital because it was a head injury and the roads were too congested to use an ambulance.

Yeah credit to Redfearn. Could have taken another point and moved on but brought on two strikers at the end and it paid off.

I love Powell, always will but his reluctance to make substitutions was always hugely frustrating.

I just don't get it, where is the logic? I can't think of a good manager that doesn't use their subs. It's ridiculously basic.

I might even change my avatar in protest. Have that, Chris.

His lack of subs cost us, should of put Edgar at CB and brought Gobern on in his spot, rather than a clueless Wallace who hasn't touched the ball yet.

No complaints though, 2 poor teams and when you have Billy Sharp who ALWAYS scores against us, up against Wallace there was only going to be one outcome. All goals from dogshit defending on both sides.

How Austin and Butterfield never got a second yellow all game I'll never know, Foy had a bit of a mare on both sides.

Antenucci is a cheating fuck as well, reminds me of Forrestieri.

Ps Leeds, you need a new keeper.

I'm surprised he has carried on with this logic to be honest, we often ended up losing tight games because he lost the tactical battle in the dugouts but I used to give him the benefit of the doubt as we was only really just learning the trade.

There could be times where we were going in to the 80th minute 1-0 down, with 1 up front, we go 2-0 down and he threw another striker on. Too late.

He is a good manager but his use of substitutions baffles me.

Silvestri's been sketchy recently but the first part of the season he won us a lot of points. His communication and decision making is highly questionable but he's a very good shot stopper and still very young so deserves time. Think he'll be very good once he's got used to the English game a bit more.

As for Sharp, he's the exact guy that would normally score late winners against us in Yorkshire matches so nice to be on the right side!
