Pleased with our draw, the 1st round will never really draw up any mouth watering ties so I always hope for a winnable one. Mansfield at Hillsborough is a game we should win, and shouldn't see that bad a crowd either.

The League Cup is so important to us all that there hasn't been a single post on the matter in a month and a half, despite the games actually being played tonight.
I might not even bother to finish my

Off to Home Park tomorrow, will be a tricky game. Only £12 to get in which is good.

We're away at Carlisle and no i'm not going - expect us to make a few changes and probably get beat.

Great comeback from the Gills, even better that both goals were at our end :bravo:

Well done also to Shrewsbury, Hartlepool, Notts Co. and Burton (won me a nice little wedge)

Well done to Exeter last night.

They were terrific. Keep playing like that and a play-off spot at least is possible.

Great result for us. Bring on the next round.

First game I've been able to attend in a while. It was gash.

We didn't create a single opportunity of note and the football on display was just dire. If we play like that all season we'll be getting relegated.

Port Vale weren't much better, but at least you managed to nab yourselves a goal. I don't think I've ever been grateful for an opposition goal before. Another 30 minutes of that would have seen me off.

On a side note, what is up with the floodlights at Vale Park? Areas of the pitch were in darkness last night. Someone needs to stick a few quid in the leccy meter before the game.

One away from drawing Luton away, so close.

We're out now anyway, it is genuinely impossible for us to win at deepdale, so there's you're first shock.
