Out on Wednesday, anyone want any particular fixtures on certain dates?

I always like to end and start the season with an away, although if I had to choose I'd rather end it with an away game. Hopefully at home on Boxing Day as well, no shortage of local games for us for that this season, reckon we'll get Stevenage.

Specifically hope we have Portsmouth away on any regular Saturday along with Orient and County, plenty of potential for those three away's. County away opening day would be great, but I'll plump for starting the season with Mansfield at home ;)

*Disclaimer* I know every team has to play eachother twice regardless of when the fixtures are, just before anyone tries to kill the fun.

Well I can't say what I hope for yet, but I'm talking about going to the Edinburgh Fringe so when the fixtures do come out, the weekends we're home, I won't be available to go to Edinburgh, so hopefully that doesn't clash with when friends want to go there.

I want an easy home fixture for the first game. The last two seasons have begun with defeats and have resulted in optimism being immediately crushed and displaced by relegation fears, and eventually led to the managers being sacked within a month.

Hartlepool, Carlisle or Exeter away on September 5th - won't be able to go to a match that weekend so if it's a game I have absolutely no intention of attending it'd be much appreciated.

Not too fussed about specific match dates, I think we'll have enough problems this season without worrying about who will beat us and when!

Since we've lost our Southend Boxing Day game, looking at other options I think Leyton Orient would be a good one, especially at home. Though I expect we'll be away this time round. Portsmouth away after September would be good so I can go this time. Luton away on a Tuesday night would be good as I have no intention of going there again.

Some tinpot team at home please. Being as we can't play ourselves although we'd still somehow lose if we did I'll take Dagenham or Accrington.

We've started at home the past 3 seasons so I'm expecting the magic sorting hat to pick us away somewhere.

Wouldn't mind Newport, Dagenham or Barnet.

I think we'll get Barnet away on the opening day.

Away to Accrington on Boxing Day.

We've started the season at home every season we've been in the Football League, in fact the last time we started away from home was the 2008/09 season so we're definitely due an away game to start with.

oh Laker,Tuesday night at Luton Town
nice and smelly, the rain pissing down.
can't image a reason why
you'd let this fixture pass you by.
trying to park in the local neighborhood
will make you feel like your in a movie from Bollywood.
even though your made a welcome guest
you've still got to sit with your knees against your chest.
I've been going to the Kennel for more years than I care to remember
and nothing beats seeing your team win on a dreary night in September.
so maybe your right and you decide not to go
in favour of staying at home and listening to the radio.

I would much rather start with an easy game against someone like Mansfield then getting a strong side like Pools on the opening day. Yes, I know we'll still have to play them twice, but I reckon facing them in December or January is better as the good technical players like Rakish tend to struggle on poor pitches.

Have a feeling we'll get Jimmy Spencer's Notts Co away.

Its a shame you don't have a local derby on Boxing Day in League 2, as per the Conference. That was always a fun day, although I suppose you could look at it that the home club would be getting a good crowd on that day anyway.

We used to get Burton on Boxing Day, until we hosted Bury last year.

I want a big London piss up first game. Any one of the 4 will do.

Want Luton away on a nice sunny day, albeit one I can't keep free. For two reasons, one that there won't be a Noahs Ark level flood on the pitch with the match still being played and two, so I don't have to contort myself into the smallest amount of legroom ever known to mankind.

The fixture people will not have the common sense to put Pools carlisle and York together over Christmas and new year , which in turn means at least 3 southern teams being dragged into this annual stupidity we have to endure

Curzon Ashton....and Carlisle
Just some common sense with what is a very tough season for northern clubs fixture wise.

* All short games on Saturdays
* Those M5 games away NOT in August/Sept
* Use Northampton/Bristol/Notts/Mansfield in the Dec/Jan times.

I reckon we'll have Crawley away to start off with.

Wimbledon away will be on the weekend around the 8th of March as we have had them on that weekend for the past three seasons. Long trip away first up please.

to help first timers on their visit to Luton.....these are NOT true....
1-all roadsigns are in both english and urdu
2-you need an up to date passport which must be handed in with your ticket
3-inoculations must be refreshed
4-you can stroke the camels
5-footwear must be left outside of the stadium
6-all seats point towards the east
