After only a couple of months in charge. Poor start to the season, last night's cup defeat and 4 red cards in 6 games? Is this a little early though Leeds fans? It all seems like a bit of a mess to be honest.

It is a mess at Leeds under Cellino, can't see many managers willing to work under him!

Leeds look like there gonna fall through. Bad times there. Bad choice of manager to start off with. No experience in the football league. Bad choice to let McCormack go aswell. Not good times

No, i think it had to be done, he had very little experience and the job was too big for him in my opinion. However, with cellino calling all the shots and controlling the potential signings would any well respected manager want to take the job? It could potentially ruin their career. I just hope that cellino realises he needs to let the new coach/manager to sign the player he wants. Not the playerscellino wants.
