All seems very odd with these 6 players. They all trained without a problem yesterday. Could it be anything to do with money?
Nah just think there's a split in the camp now tbh. Was murmurs when Thompson went that some of the Italians weren't too fond of him (whilst the others really liked him). Essentially it seems that Cellino and the Italian players run the club.

Of those six players, only Silvestri and Bellusci actually play regularly. Antenucci, Cani, Doukara and Del Fabro are probably pissed off with not getting games, Bellusci seems to be a troublemaker and Silvestri's a disappointing one. He's been the one to actually seem to 'get it' with the club and enjoy it - obviously he plays every game. He did pick up a knock to be fair on Tuesday but the suggestions are it wasn't enough to keep him out of tomorrow.

In essence though, it wouldn't be a disaster to see the back of the lot of them really. Hopefully Bamba will stick around and Berardi - to be fair - who seemingly hasn't taken part in this.

Absolute disgrace that. Would hate Rotherham to have a foreign owner. Hope it gets sorted.

I just can't believe we've not been relegated with the absolute joke this season has been. It wouldn't look out of place on Beadle's About.

Leeds just seem to be a mix of really decent young players and a bunch of Italian mercenaries at the moment. Oh and Rudolph Austin, that man is in a league of his own

Austin is a proper Championship player. Really hope we give him a new deal.

Cellino's comments regarding the 'strike' are sheer comedy - he says he knew nothing about it until Friday night and basically Redfearn should've come and told him. Redfearn would be mad to sign a contract for more of this, he'll be gone after the Rotherham match.

Completely agree, your lads have done well to stay up. However i suspect next season you'll be relegated to League One.

Could go one of two ways next season tbh. I just hope it doesn't go the way of selling our young players and all the Italians fucking off, leaving us with a Blackpool situation.

Get rid of the Italian shite, blood the young players in and compliment them with some Championship know how and we have the makings of a very good team.

It's not rocket science really.

And 99% of people can see that. Unfortunately the 1% are running the club.

Yeah he's unbelievable in L1. His goalscoring record must be incredible down there.

I'd still have him back at Leeds. He's the type of player that needs to be loved to get the best out of him.

If we could afford him then I wouldn't think twice about signing him in the summer, regardless of what division we're in.

Definitely become a cult hero at North End in recent weeks, possibly the best loan signing we've ever made.

Aye, can't fault him for going to a club he knows and in a role that is more hands on than ours....shame for us, a coup for Leeds, fortunately we all know Massimo will fuck it up royally.

Absolutely, it's just a matter of time. He was reportedly involved in the 'Together Leeds' bid which was competing for ownership when Cellino was. If his appointment and immenent falling out with Cellino revives that bid then it can only be a good thing.

No way Pearson would work with Cellino, there is something more to this.

Wouldnt suprise me if a buyer(s) have put their man in the club prior to purchase.

Time will tell.

Looks like Redfearn's services as first team head coach are no longer required.

Who's next? Poyet, Adkins, Hasselbaink, Warburton, Mary the Tea lady?

I'm sick of it, we just can't catch a fucking break in regards to decent owners

the club has great foundations too, it's a complete mystery, i look forward to another billionaire taking over Stevenage soon, whilst Leeds still have crooks and lunatics at the helm

It does make you wonder what gruesome mysteries lay within the books when potential buyers undertake their due dilligence.

If Cellino was given the right price he would snap their hands off I'm certain of it.

It seems Leeds fans will never be happy with their owners. Complained when Bates owned you and when someone comes in and "rescues" you, you can't wait to get shot of him too. I don't know one club in this league that can say they haven't had issues with owners, it's just one of those things that all clubs go through IMO.

They've been going through this for years though - Literally no stability at the club. Honestly they have every right to complain because of their recent owners, all they want is a genuine owner.

If we were in the exact same position, you would complain and so would everyone else. Guaranteed.

Cellino has apparently called Neil Redfearn 'a baby'...so it looks like he's on his way out now...who will come in next?

Cellino is an absolute nutjob

Just to add to the above...

LEEDS United owner Massimo Cellino has revealed he sold Stephen Warnock to Derby County without telling head coach Neil Redfearn.
Warnock joined the Rams from Leeds during the January transfer window.
After the former England left-back left Elland Road, his place in the side was taken by youngster Charlie Taylor.
Cellino suggested he wanted to see Taylor in the side and was frustrated that Redfearn and previous boss Darko Milanic had opted to persevere with the experienced Warnock.
"Darko Milanic and Neil Redfearn did not (play) Charlie Taylor," the outspoken Italian told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
"I was watching this boy that made his choice to stay in Leeds. He could take more money to go to another club but he chose to stay in Leeds and nobody gives him a chance to play.
"Then I had occasion to give Warnock (to Derby). I did it without telling Neil Redfearn or anyone. Two games after, Neil came and said 'Massimo, he's bloody good, Charlie Taylor'.
"Sometimes there's not one coach in the world I know that likes to play young players. No-one. They prefer experienced players and stronger players, mentally and physically."
