Rooney always looks like shite. He'll batter us at the footballings though, always does.

Would like to see the same line-up from Brugge with Carrick swapped for Schweini. I would also like to see Pereira get on for some time in the second half.

Not sure what Newcastle have to offer so far, they've made a lot of signings . I'll go for 2-1 to us, Rooney with a brace.

A leg brace after tripping over and breaking his leg while attempting to shoot?

Should be an easy win for United but that's what I thought about the first two games. Nonetheless they should win, whether its Depay masterclass ( :p) or an own goal.

I do think we will win again, but I don't think it will be easy - unless Rooney steps up. We can be as defensively solid as we like but if our lone striker is playing like a clown it's never going to be a walk in the park.

If anyone knows a good streaming website for this game (with no ads in the middle of the screen), could you please message me it? Thanks.

Didn't think it was off in real time, don't after looking at the replay. Newcastle lucky.

BT Sport is the fucking dreggs, the website has blown up and been reduced to a little arrow in the corner. Have problems with it every game, shittest service I've ever had.

I don't get why Obertan gets in this Newcastle side. He's utter shite. His crossing is poor the majority of the time, he struggles to beat players despite having pace and apparently close control. He doesn't drive towards goal when he has the ball he's just aimless. Surely Aarons deserves a go.

Making it hard for ourselves again. Should have scored a few with the early pressure.

United don't look good. Rooney really shouldn't be playing up there and they should sign a real CF asap. Smalling has been impressive though. Shaw hasn't.

Reckon the frogs, Obertan and Haïdara, have been better than usual (which isn't saying much), Mbemba has been good at getting the ball but not great at doing anything with it. Been pretty good from Newcastle from what I've seen.

Hoping we start the second half how we did the first, should've made the early pressure count cos Newcastle are well in it when really they shouldn't be given the run of play. Rooney was unlucky to be deemed offside.
