On we go to Mansfield knowing that a win could take us top if Burton don't take 3 points at home to Wycombe. I remember going there 3 years ago in the pouring rain last time we went up, let's hope for more of the same!

How many will you lot be bringing? Surely over 1000?

Alot of rumours of there being some trouble, Can see it kicking off in the ground when you put 4/5 in. This will be the easiest 3 points you've picked up all season!

Not really sure. A lot of our fans have missed out as tickets went off sale yesterday. weird that we couldn't buy today. I think we had sold 750 before the game friday so maybe about 1000 now.

There won't be any trouble.

No surprise there vanner ! nowt against the Shrews but obviously would like the Stags to do us a favour today. Off down the Pirelli now for our important game with Wycombe !

A bit smash & grab but importantly job done.

Unfortunately Goldson and Woods are both now on ten yellow cards and will miss the Exeter game as a result..

Yes, two matches.

Looks like either a change of shape for those games or Ryan Sharpe in at centre back. Midfield is of more concern though with Keith Southern the likely replacement for Ryan Woods.

I'd stick with the formation but I thibk we'll go 4 at the back. 2 tough games coming up against form sides.

I think we played well.

That we didn't get a penalty in the second half was ridiculous, it was so obviously blatent you could see.

Stonewall pen for me. And a red for Grandison. Totally misjudged it. Both refs were useless, 1st bloke was a homer and the 2nd gave everything to us.

Very strange game, no flow, little quality and a stupid amount of stoppages. Results were kind for us too so happy days!

Certainly looked a penalty from the away end. Agree with you vanner, both referees were awful, back to the usual standard after having a good one on Friday. Looked a blatant back pass in the first half.

Take the points and run from that one. Mansfield deserved at least a point. Was Oliver the number 25 up front? I thought he looked a bit of a handful when the balls were coming into our box.

Yeah that's the one. He is totally useless imo, Is never in the position where he should be. Rhead looked so much better than him when he came on.

That's fair enough. I'll agree with you on Rhead. Did he lose a header when he came on? He was the same at our place in November until he went off after half an hour.

I would also say that you looked a better side today than the first game, even if it wasn't a game for the purists this afternoon!

I don't think so but that's what he is in the team to do. I thought we edged the first half but you showed why you are a better team.

We just don't get the decisions, it's ridiculous - everyone in the ground probably thought it was but for whatever reason we just don't get them - yet the minute anyone falls over in our area refs give it in a heartbeat - its so frustrating.

Shrewsbury didn't look great, but I guess we all have off days - and as as I know from our days in the conference you get those games when you are at the top and the luck rides with you.

Not that our forwards are Upto much but I was surprised collins was quiet for Shrewsbury.

Both refs were terrible as all have said.

As for Oliver he was dreadful, Murray also made a tit out of himself

Shrewsbury looked average but you could see they're capable of being a decent side. Goal was sloppy and if lenny wasn't in net it would of been a routine save. Draw would of a been a fair result.

Our fans were more bothered about clapping Lawrence rather than supporting their own team. Nice to see a noisy away end, Excellent support!

When will we get a penalty?!!! Is it two years now?

Cant wait for the season to end and get rid of most of the squad!

I think we miss Wesolowski in games like today where it's a bit of a battle. He allows our more creative players to play more.

Re Collins, he hasn't really played well for some time now. I feel he's in need of a rest, as his game is generally about harrying defences. If not a rest, could do with a goal to boost his confidence. His goals tend to come in patches.

We went the entire season last season without getting a penalty! Although in our case we were barely got into the opposition's box last year!

We last won a penalty in November 2013... And we missed it!!

We are very close to breaking a football league record now, think it's 70+ games.

Just counted, it's 68 league games since we got a penalty. Ridiculous record.
Well when penalties like the one today was being turned down its no wonder, you could have seen that foul from space
