Cox and Aspin wouldn't be very in-keeping with your style of play. Mozza would player better football then them but doesn't have that much experience

Yes, we've been spoilt with passing football under Bogie then Mills. But with that style when it's not been going well (e.g. this season and most of Bogie in this league) our soft underbelly has been exposed. Looking at the league this season the teams all doing well seem to be playing more direct in an attempt to bully their way out the league, it's not pretty but maybe it's the way to go? For the passing game under Bogie and Mills to work, it relied on having very good footballers, where as the other can have less talented players who are more physical.

Nothing here to suggest this is anything other than rumour and speculation. Whoever does come in has a fair job on his hands as Mill's has left us with a squad that certainly can't play the passing game he loves. Mind you though, their class and abilities may appeal to someone looking to better themselves, so maybe there is something in them rumours after all? Who knows, time will tell I guess.

Aspin isn't as direct in philosophy as this season has suggested. Played much better football with us previously. With a bigger budget it would probably be a style that is much more pleasing on the eye. Not Barcelona or what Gateshead are used to, but decent.
