Games coming round really quickly at the moment which is good when you're winning.

Hopefully we can make it 5 wins in a row, Oldham are no mugs but our record is very decent against them, even though we haven't played particularly well in some of the games. I thought we were excellent at Boundary Park last season though.

They seem to be hit & miss at the moment but they've pulled off good wins against Swindon and Scunthorpe recently.

Clarke went off with a head injury and looked out cold for a while so might be missing, Wiseman will probably replace him if that is the case. Unchanged other than that I would hope.

Possible team:

Johnstone
Clarke/ Wiseman, Huntington, Wright, Laird
Welsh, Johnson
Humphrey, Gallagher, Robinson
Garner

two losses in a row, both against bottom 4 clubs. Zero goals scored. Manager about to leave, fans disillusioned with the board. With all that taken into account we should lose this comfortably, but this is Latics.

Seriously though, we will lose.

Hahahaha! Sure I heard him before saying he reckons he'll get a good reception when you play them!
Had he not been so blatantly obvious that he was open to moving, along with ensuring his focus was on preparing a wonderfully put 100 page dossier on League one and the Barnsley squad, whilst neglecting his duties and "leading" us to a woefully inept performance and 3-0 mauling by the shittest team in league one (based on home form), the maybe.

It's clear if you'd have asked LJ whether he'd have preferred us to pick up 3pts on Saturday and make the gap between us and the chasing pack bigger, or see us pick up zero and the gap stay the same or even reduce (Barnsley), then I know his answer.

If Oldham don't switch this game from all-ticket then they're absolute mongs.

Think we had close to a thousand turn up and pay on the day last season.

Or not.

Just got a text from my cousin saying he's got the tickets haha
Think my dad is getting mine when he finishes work, hopefully anyway.

It wouldn't be a big deal but considering it is payday for most today, a lot of people would have been hoping to pay on the gate and weren't able to get them earlier in the week.

Yeah it's ludicrous. You'd think they would use a bit of common sense but apparently not. They will probably announce POTD tomorrow morning.

Christ our team is threadbare.

Subs bench is basically a combined 120 years old, with 100 of them Adam Lockwood. We have a kid on the bench who played for the youth team just this morning.

Latics 0-3 PNE
