Kane should win this, but it looks like a Hazard double. I don't agree that Hazard should be included in this category. To steal an American term, this award should be more for "rookies" like Kane or Sterling. Someone in his first season as a fixture in the starting XI. Hazard has been among the best in this league for a few years.

Seems odd that the categories should be able to overlap like this. I'd also have it as being a 21 and under award rather than 24YO.

should be for a players first FULL season as a pro. Should be De gea as he's on the list but it'll go to Hazard or Kane

Kane for me. He deserves some recognition for his season. Unplayable at times.

Most players turn pro at 16 and they barely ever get a good chance to play. Should be under 22.
