So Notts host posh on the back of a well battled draw at Donny.

Notts and Posh are both experiencing rough patches - which is putting it nicely for Posh. Crisis of confidence, goals dried up and the chairman criticising the players. Like most Notts fans - it feels like a drama we've seen before under a man who wore plenty of pastel coloured jumpers

Notts have brought in some new players to breathe life into the team. One of them (Thomas) got sent off for walking off the pitch and will therefore be out of the squad, leaving it open for Bajner to make his home debut. He's going to be the new Delroy Facey from the crowd perspective, regardless of quality.

I get the feeling this will be another draw. Notts love a draw and Posh get results at Notts.

Normally I would say Posh would be too strong for us, in actual fact they are but under performing like a Five Star tribute act.
I still think it will be another home battle for Notts but I think we might actually shade it so on that basis I am going for 2-2 ;)

Why do you feel we are too strong for you? What player in our team would you say are better than any players in your team?

We have a terrible squad, a shit manager, a mouthy chairman and can't pick up a point to save our lives.

3-1 Notts.

Definitely the weakest Posh team I've seen in a while, mainly because signings like James haven't really worked out. As I say every week though, we don't have the firepower to blow teams away so it'll be a close game and you're always in with a shout if Maddison fancies hitting a screamer or we have a defensive lapse. I also think you're the sort of team we struggle against if players like Maddison and Erhun can carry the ball and create stuff. We let teams run at us and bank on them fucking up half the time.

We're desperately missing experience in this squad. The young players need and old head to lead them. We've always had young squads, but have always had people like Micah Hyde, Dean Keates, Grant McCann and even Tommy Rowe to carry them when the going gets tough

Now we're just shite and as soon as we go behind, they know they're beaten.

It's fucking inevitable that Erhun is going to score a thirty yard screamer tomorrow.

Don't think he can even kick it 30 yards with his little legs.
Obviously i don't get to many games any more, but when I went back home at christmas, I went to the Preston game. I knew Erhun was small, but I didn't expect him to look quite so ridiculous. I genuinely LOL'd when I saw him.

Is he the number 10? The Vale fans were stunned at his height! Literally the only player Chris Shuker would tower over!

He has unbelievable ability for a man that many would classify as an actual dwarf. He wouldn't look out of place leading contestants to their next challenge on Fort Boyard.

I remember following him when Jacob starting raving about some Turkish Messi at Dulwich Hamlet and he tweeted this once.

It's never friendly this game. 1-1 about right, Smith lucky to be on, we should've had a pen.

Better team but completely toothless, fair play to Posh, fortunate but probably the kind of win they needed.

grrrr. Getting tired now of looking the more competent side and never actually looking like winning a game still - we had the ball, Peterborough offered absolutely nothing, they've scored from a 25 yard shot going straight at the keeper only to get a massive deflection and a scrappy set-piece. Aside from that, Mullins and Hollis dealt with Vassell and Washington at a canter, neither looked up to much. We won the 'midfield battle' with Curtis Thompson having an absolute stormer, one of the best central midfield displays I've seen in ages but we give it to the wingers and there's no pace, you've got Hayhurst able to whip crosses in but Posh have got 3 big lumps in the box waiting for everything...our right-hand side was abysmal. Garry Thompson isn't a winger and HAYDEN WHITE...Hayden fucking White - based on the last 2 matches I think he's potentially the worst right-back I've ever seen in a Notts shirt - and we've got Muzzy Dumbuya on the bench, who is fucking ace, something's going on there to do with money and I don't like it one bit. Bajner did a good job but it was all irrelevant as the players around him couldn't do anything with the flick-ons or the lay-offs.

Signings these good characters who work hard seems perfectly adequate when you see the competence and work-rate of our defence and central-midfield but it doesn't cut it further up the pitch, it's too easy to defend against and there's not enough quality or pace to get you out of a jam in a scrappy game when things aren't going your way.

I still have no idea how we conceded twice to that team given how comfortable Mullins, Hollis and Adams were (not White...fuck White. Toilet.)

He's good at what he's good at which is crossing and set-pieces, problem is they all stand in the box waiting for him to beat two players and whip it in. We lack pace badly and up-front and out wide. Adams and Hayhurst looks like a really good left side if you can complement it with a right-side that isn't fucking appalling and have some pace up-front to stop teams playing with a really high-line.

He was unlucky not to score with a free-kick as well.
