Fuck knows what the score is with Paddy McCarthy, injury prone c***, that 8 minutes will probably be all we get out of him for his three month stay. Eion Doyle isn't eligible to play, Garner is suspended and Beckford remains out for the foreseeable future. However, we should see Paul Gallagher back in the team which is a massive boost.

Got to say, I know very little about Cardiff, decent start by them but I look at their team and no one really jumps out at me as a big danger man. Solid, hard working team who grind out results?

Forgot Russell Slade was their manager too, can't stand that bell end....also, how is Peter Whittingham only 31!??

We really need to be winning this one, i'm not worrying yet but Grayson will start to feel the pressure soon and he could end up on the scrap heap before Christmas if this winless run drags on.

Team i'd play.

Pickford
Woods, Clarke, Wright, Cunningham
Welsh, Browne
Reach, Johnson, Gallagher
Hugill

Kirkland, Vermijl, Huntington, Kilkenny, Humphrey, Keane, May

Not usually keen on playing one up front at home but it would be hard to fit Gally, Johnson and Reach in the team otherwise. Hugill gets the nod for me, always looks a threat but his fitness is questionable.

Oh and Tom Clarke went off with what looked like a dislocated shoulder and Humphrey is out for 2 months with a stress fracture of the shin. Great.

Hey Preston, winning a game at some point would be nice, m'kay?

Our entire team also seems to be made of bone china.

You lot are looking absolutely shite. We even beat Cardiff at home last year. :brill: No Joe Garner = No Preston.

Best form you've been in for about two years and you still can't get out of the L1 relegation zone. Well done.

You know fuck all about this North End team to be fair, we've been toothless even with Garner as he doesn't have a strike partner. Gallagher and Beckford have been bigger misses for us so far.

Gallagher is garbage. Garner is the threat and he's not able to play. Without him you wouldn't even be in this league. I know more than enough to know you have a very poor side.

In your opinion, which is wrong. You don't watch your own team, nevermind PNE. Gallagher is back at his level, he's too good for League One.

Without Beckford and Garner we wouldn't be in this league, the players who score your goals are kind of important...

Daniel Johnson is our best player anyway.

We may be a poor side at this level but if we managed to only be the fourth worst by the end of the season, i'll be content.

Kurt's getting carried away again, I see.

This post is akin to a chronic heroin addict trying to wind someone up who's suffering a hangover after a night out.

He reminds me of a mate of mine who used to tease me about having to get up for work at 4.30am for a couple of months last year. The lad could hardly afford the bus fare to the jobcentre, but took some sort of weird comfort from the fact that I was 'suffering' somewhat, while he was able to lay in his pit for however long he wished.

He was genuinely surprised when I toe-bunged him in the chin.

What a ballbag.

If Gallagher wasn't garbage, he'd still be lapping it up in the Championship at a bigger and better club last season?? Or even still be plodding along at Leicester on the bench. He'll be found out again at this level and drop back down with you to where he probably belongs League One.

He's never been found out at Championship level though has he? He was promoted with Leicester and obviously didn't get in the team. Was a key player there until his wife had a miscarriage.

He had Championship offers in the last two seasons but chose us due to locality.

It'll be a long time before you see a player as good as him playing for Blackpool again anyway, get used to stars such as Tom Aldred and John Herron.
