After last nights heroics setting up a home time with Man United, it's back to league action with the visit of Coventry.

I have to hope that last night is a turning point for our season, we played good, attacking football and it resulted in 3 goals (although still none from open play) so surely now Grayson has seen the light?!

As for Cov, they looked a shambles against Swindon on Sky a couple of weeks ago but have since picked up a couple of decent results and signed a couple of decent players on DD.

If we play like we did last night, we will win comfortably.

1-1

---------------------------------------Johnstone
Wiseman-------------Clarke------------------Huntington--------------Woods (after last nights performance)
-------------------------------Kilkenny--------Brownhill
Humphrey---------------------------Johnson---------------------------Gallagher
--------------------------------Davies/SEB/Beckford

We'll revert back to normal and draw again here, Coventry are bound to score in injury time.

Harsh to drop anyone after last night.

We signed some decent forward thinking players ,four to be precise, but we haven't improved our shambolic defence ,in particular Webster is still playing, so I'm going for a 4-2 home win.

I will predict our embarressing twat of a manager will say "all four Preston goals were either offside or deflected shots and if we had stopped them scoring we would have infact won 2-0 , so that's a positive going forward and a foundation to build on".

He's so cringeworthy , I hate his ramblings post match, it's the same every single game, even if we lost 10-1 he would say the one goal we scored showed how committed we are and we can take that forward.

I'll apologise now to the Preston fans for what he will say after the match

He will probably keep his gob shut this time after his Garner comments which backfired and he was fined for.

We're shit at Deepdale. Combine that with the fact that we're shit in general and you've got a comfortable 3-0 victory for Preston. Not to mention we have to play Lee Burge in goal and don't have a midfield.

To be fair, we did go over 30 years without playing each other.

We aren't taking any fans.

Looks like it will be only the second game of the season I'll be missing. Cannot be bothered to waste 70 quid.

People were queuing a 6.30am for a Coventry ticket this morning......really?.....

I'm bored of this United game already.

When we went to MK Dons in September, they were queuing for their Man United tickets during the actual game.

Good idea that, if you wanna watch Manchester United, you gotta come and watch the City!

Hopefully PNE fans are rewarded with as good a showing as we were (the 4-0 win over Manchester United, not the 0-0 borefest against Coventry City!)

You beat their reserves in the League Cup, do one.
