A much tougher test than Crewe who were proper shit in fairness but I don't see why would need to make any changes for this one, let them worry about us. Amazes me when you go on PNE Online and there are dozens of different team suggestions after a 5-1 win.

Johnstone
Clarke, Huntington, Wright, Laird
Welsh
Gallagher, Johnson, Robinson
Garner, Beckford

Stuckmann, Woods, Kilkenny, Humphrey, Little, Davies, Ebanks-Blake

I'd be more than happy with 4pts from our next two games.

Ferguson gets sacked. Youth team manager gets appointed. 4 wins on the bounce. 3 clean sheets.

Fucking crazy game.

However, that being said, we've not got a hope. Preston are the form team in the country and will have too much for us.

3-1.

We're a whole lot fucking better since Ferguson left.

The players seem ten times happier and are actually willing to work their bollocks off. We don't fuck around with it at the back anymore and we let our defenders actually defend rather than wanting them to look like Xavi and Iniesta. It's a team again and it's showing with 4 on the bounce.

I still think we'll lose, but we'll at least put up a fight now.

Gallagher is supposedly going to be the first British player to make 100 loan appearances for one club tonight.

Cheers Leicester.

Huntingdon best get on the scoresheet, Flint's creeping up on him.

(Plus add-ons and a hefty sell-on I imagine)

Anyway, few tasty challenges coming in from Posh now!

If he gets us promoted all the extras will be worth it!

Good to see we've started killing games off now! :D

Fantastic again tonight. I thought Garner and Beckford were pretty poor but they work SO hard they get the rewards even when they don't have a great game.

I'm running out of words to describe just how good Johnson is. I think he's already in top 3 best players seen in a Preston shirt. How he wasn't in Villa's team this season is beyond me.

Much more solid at the back aswell today, very impressive.

But for me, John Welsh has been our best player in this run. He is everywhere, putting his body on the line and winning everything. He gives Johnson and Gally the freedom to push on and cause mayhem.

Very happy tonight and finally starting to believe we are going up. Fucking Swindon.

Comfortable win tonight, I don't remember Peterborough having a chance and we could afford Garner to have a quiet game.

Fair play to Beckford, he'll miss chances but he will get there in the end and he will run all day long.

Johnson is just unreal, completely ran the show with Welsh doing the dirty work behind him.

Back four and keeper solid as a rock, yet again.

Always is good highlights. Whoever is in charge of the features/highlights does a grand job.

Good win for you boys by the way. Not overly disappointed to lose. It was always going to be difficult against a good team away from home. Big match against Chesterfield for us on saturday.
