Going for a narrow home win. I expect Clarke will pick the same team as Friday night assuming there are no injuries.

Derby have a very good midfield which I am quite fearful of, so far this season I feel we've won every midfield battle which has helped us go on to get decent results.

Cautious 1-1 draw.

A win would be massive, if we could beat Brentford, Ipswich and Derby back to back then it'll really show that we mean business this year.

Once we get 2x injuries to our midfield players you won't be envious! Hughes along with Thorne and Baird now out.

Going for a 2-0 loss here.

Bloody hell. Could you imagine if we didn't have butterfield and Johnson. Would be depressing!

Any chance of Pearce even travelling down?

I can't see past a comfortable home win. I've said 3-1 a few times now, so I'll stick with that.

No Thorne or Baird, means no defensive midfielder and that ultimately means we look fragile through the middle. I also think Clement will go back to picking names out of a hat, so I wouldn't be surprised to see at least five changes from the side that beat Preston.

Carson; Shotton, Keogh, Shackell, Forsyth; Johnson, Hendrick, Butterfield; Weimann, Martin, Russell

Key words there being "Could" and "Would".

Pearce seems like a bit of a waste really, he's getting nowhere near our starting 11 with Keogh and Shacks.

2-0 Reading.

6 games in and the cone collector is being derided for ''pulling names out of a hat''

Money can't buy you tactical nous can it. Can't bode well for the chap...

I like how Johnson, Hendrick and Butterfield is a weak midfield.

Admittedly I don't know anything about Butterfield except he cost you a fair chunk, but Johnson is more than good enough for this league and Jeff Hendrick one of your more consistent performers for a few years now!

It's not weak, it's very unbalanced though. Not one of those have any where near the defensive capabilities that Thorne/Baird would give us.

Can see a big tinker here, 4-4-2 maybe!

Or, we could just start Jamie Hanson in DM?

According to fans at the stadium both Sa and Shackell did pretty much the same thing to each other, one gets a red, the other only a yellow?

Radio Derby said shackell just let Sa put his head in, so essentially used his experience. They didn't see surprised by it either when he received a red. Sky sports news didn't catch it on camera so we may never know.

Can see this being a goalless draw

Despite being down 10 men half the game we probably still deserve a draw.. Can't see it coming though.

Unconvincing win now I reckon. Would say that we are starting to perform but I don't think it's anything of the sort.

Probably thrown as many points away this season as we've picked up.

Need to turn this around in Bristol at the weekend.
