Andoh needs to bulk up a bit for me. It's great being linked with multimillion pound moves to Spurs but he's too lightweight at the moment. He gets booted off the park a lot because of his pace and skill so needs to handle that better.

Andoh's end product is zilch. I've not seen him have one decent effort at goal or put in one good cross.

Andoh is a strange one. As Vale on Trent says his end product is very poor, but his speed terrifies defenders which on it's own creates opportunities for us, penalty on Tuesday and a red card for Wigan. Unfortunately we have a pair of wingers that seem incapable of putting a decent cross in.

I know pal. His not even good haha but he is scoring goals so maybe he actually is. Could turn out a good buy when the perm move is completed in Jan

Never really rated him at our place either to be honest although I'm probably being a little harsh as he only appeared a few times and it was the Championship.

Glad to see he is scoring goals though.

I haven't heard anything about the move becoming permanent? Is that on the cards then?

Yeah it was reported when he signed that the fee has been agreed for move to become perm in Jan

Fair enough, don't think it was ever going to happen for him here so good luck to him.

Well that was predictable.

We look decent up until the final third and then (much like the Crewe and Bradford games) put in piss weak shots or awful set pieces.

When we do take our chances (Wigan, Doncaster, Sheffield) we look a really accomplished side but when we set up to try and 'nick one' away from home, we are shown up and lose with a whimper really. It's so frustrating, as if we'd just followed up some good home wins with another win or two we'd be in the top 6.

It seems that at Southend, Bury and Bradford we were always in the game but instead of going at them, we've tried to settle for a point of which we know we are not capable. Once you go a goal down in the last 3rd of the game, you're unlikely to come back.

I know Moore has not been great the last couple of games but putting Birchall in is basically saying that we are setting up not to get beat. We then take off Uche and have Dodds and Daniel up front who are about as threatening as a poodle.

What's so frustrating is that I think there are a number of sides (southend and vale included) who could really challenge with consistency. The top 6 is incredibly weak and there seems to be about 15 teams of roughly the same standard. Win 2 games on the trot and you are right in the mix (look at Peterborough). We just never follow up good results which I think will be the story of our season and is a big part in why people are not attending matches - what's the point in winning a game and then losing the next and repeating the pattern?

We're not that far off now

Great post by LeedsValiant, spot on. It was oh so predictable. 5 of our 7 away games we have failed to notch. Saturday was better than Bradford and Bury however we huffed and puffed or fell over. Interesting the differing views of fans, end of day we are all biased to our own sides, on the Sarfend forum ref was given 9/10 . Are you having a laugh , Andoh did a foul early doors after 5 mins blatant yellow card he did diddly squat, and the tackle that sparked the melee was atrocious, just thought ref was standard for this league, Shite. Sick of writing same stuff after all these games, Moore has had his critics and very hit and miss but he did more in 15 mins than the fat pudding did all game , there is no plan B and as quiet as Uche was you don,t take off leading scorer when 1-0 down late in the game. Miraculouslly Vale also made Prosser look like a professional footballer which takes some doing.

Really annoyed, posh were there for the taking and we bottle it. And arguing over who was taking the penalties was embarrassing.
