Barnet really only have Plan A (hoof it to Akinde). He was a handful in the first half, but tired and with him went any threat to the Os.

Very comfortable second half, where our superior ability on the ball came to the fore on a few occasions. Lots of work to do on patterns of play etc.

Bees should be fine as long as they add a bit of quality/creativity in the final third. Worked very hard.

We just about edged the game and deserved the win, second half we were miles better. We kept the ball, moved it quickly and created 4 good chances and finished two of them. The quality of James, Simpson and Cox came through in the second half. Cisak had nothing to do in the second half at all.

Bradley Pritchard was out MOTM, he must've covered every blade of grass for the team.

We was very nervous first half and Akinde caused us allsorts of problems.

Barnet needed Gash to take their only clear chance which they created, it was an awful miss. Paul McCallums wasn't much better either in the first half.

Referee Iain Williamson was as shit as he always is, made a few errors I thought for both sides.

Barnet will do ok, if Akinde and Lisbie stay fit they will be fine. The long throws will only take you so far though!

Fair comments from both of you. We really need Vilhete and Yiadom to really push up the wings and put in some quality crosses otherwise we'll become too easy to defend against.

Well done to Orient for taking their chances.

They should be up at the right end of the table, but we should have had two or three in the first half - awful miss from Gash in the first half.

I think what is important for us is that firstly, we start some finishing practice, don't let Muggleton anywhere near the starting 11 and come up with some sort of Plan B when hoofing to Big John isn't working.

Good turn out from us too - 905.

We do have a plan b, if the hoofball to Akinde doesn't work than we bring on the inept Muggleton and hope a long throw will do the trick.

His first throw did cause Orient a lot of problems. However, his subsequent dozen or so were dealt with.

When will we realise there is no point hurling the ball if there's no direction to it?

Thought Togwell's throws were a better option.

Oh well, I suppose when Martin Allen and Carl Muggleton fall out, he will no longer have a place in the team :ds:

Togwells throw is perfectly long enough if ever we need it, if I remember correcty we only scored once from his throw last season, away at Alfreton. He shoe horns him in anywhere, at one point I think he was upfront. Its like Martin Allen says go anywhere on the field thats away from the ball where you will f*ck up. If I was Gambin i'd be be really peeved if hes's playing over me.

We played well first half and should of been 2 up at half time. We just looked a couple of weeks fitness behind Orient. We gifted them two chances that they took (unlike us). Stack should of saved the first and the second Muggleton just let his man run past him.

They have a couple of very good players but apart from that we seemed to match them for most of the game. Cox looks a very good player for this level. They played some good football second half and we just didn't show much threat in the second.

Orient will do quite well but they need to stay of the floor. The amount of diving was a joke and probably was the main reason for eight minutes being added on. They like to time waste as well.

Orient messed up on the tickets leaving over 100 bees outside waiting to get in while the game was starting. They obviously didn't expect so many Barnet fans as they had to leave their turnstiles to go and get more tickets.:ffs:

Anyway, on to Millwall:2thumb:

Hear hear.

And hopefully another impressive away following.
Yeah. I'm hoping that we can make a good atmosphere as I think we wont take as many as we did yesterday.

How many bees do you think will go?

Yeah I know quite a few as well. I hope we can take that and create a cracking atmosphere as I think an upset is on the cards.:2thumb:

Have Orient never seen a crowd before? The turnstile situation was very poor. Their fans don't make a lot of noise either. I've seen better atmosphere at Alfreton.

The Turnstyle situtation doesn't suprise me, our is CEO is very clueless.

Our fans have always been crap, mainly due to the fact that our average fan is 50+ years old, but these are the cards that we're dealt.
