Not yet! Though now that I've seen Ant Man, it's going to happen whenever the fuck I can watch it.

I'm still trying to think about my own list... damn it's hard ranking them all against each other.

Sorry mate. Don't think it's popular enough to get off the ground. Let's pretend Frozen won.

This forum doesn't know what it's missing mate.

*Pretends Bedknobs and Broomsticks won*

GOD NO DON'T DO THIS CAS.

For some reason I had this horrible feeling that I'd missed this. It just felt like a while since I'd seen the thread (probably because the sites been dead for like 5 months now or however long it's actually been), and I knew I hadn't got a list in yet. Then I remembered that there was a massive deadline and felt the relief wash over me.

NOW TO SEE THIS.

NO CAS. Don't you go Superstar Wars on this. Keep with it, and even if it's just my list and yours that make it, it'll be worth it. And if you don't, I fucking will. Once the deadline is near, the lists will come. And if they don't, fuck it, that just means that my films all win.

Blame Rammy, he has sucked the life out of top lists by taking 20 years to finish the top 100 tv shows, nobody can be bothered anymore

I was gonna send a list if only to ensure cool runnings rightfully took one top spot.

Perhaps others were also waiting till later.

With Cas' permission, I'd like to take over running this feature. I'll set a near-ish deadline soon.

Cas are you ok sending me over lists done so far if that's ok by you?

Right, so I am resurrecting this beast.

As Cas originally stated, I will accept/include animated Disney stuff (Lion King, Aladdin etc), Live action (Mary Poppins, Cool Runnings etc.) and Pixar movies.

Deadline is Wednesday at 9pm (I hate long drawn out deadlines)

If you like Disney, get a list in, no excuses/wishes after the event.

Ta!

Whoa bloody hell, that deadline shot forward!

I had better get on this shit.

FUCKING DECISIONS. This is difficult. Like, somehow more difficult than the usual "do your top movies of all time" lists, which include all of these movies to choose from anyway, as well as every other film out there.

List done. My top 5 is pretty solid and would take a huge effort from Disney to break that five. The rest were bloody hard to rank, surprised myself with some inclusions.

Ive just entered mine, that was hard, and I restricted myself to only animated and Pixar.

For anyone interested, I used this page on Wikipedia to go through my choices. What a time it was to be alive as a kid in the late 80s/ early 90s. Some of the absolute greatest kids/ family films ever made in that period. I struggled enough with a top 20 animated, Id never have done this if I was allowing myself to include the likes of Mighty Ducks, Return to Oz, Hocus Pocus and Muppet Christmas Carol!

Just a reminder that deadline is in little under 2 hours at 9pm.

It's a very close run thing with over 15 lists entered so far. Your list could be the one that changes everything.

Welcome to the TOP 50 DISNEY FILMS countdown

We have animated Disney

We have Pixar/Disney

And of course we have them live action Disney films that probably made it to your video/dvd collection

We have had 90 films nominated in around 20 lists which is great going! Well done TFF public. This number is subject to change through counts of farcery!

The top 50 will be positioned in this esteemed countdown and will get a nice little write up to boot.

If a two films are tied on level points, the film that appears on the most lists will take the higher placing. If this is also level, then a tied position will be called.

Sit back, enjoy the ride!

Oops, I (for no particularly good reason) was mentally working towards a midnight deadline. I would have submitted a delightful Disney animated canon list UNSULLIED by live action or Pixar (actually there's a very good chance I wouldn't have done as I'm inherently unreliable when it comes to these things). Let's just hope you bastards chose well.

GOD DAMN THERE IS ALWAYS ONE! It's just something you can not stop. Do a list and THE SECOND you get it going, somebody comes along with the "damn, I missed it". ALWAYS.

Alright, own up, who the hell voted for Cars 2?

To be fair, I don't actually think it's terrible. But unless you actively HAD to get every single Pixar movie onto your list, I'm not sure how it made a top 20!

Tarzan is fine, but just unfortunately nowhere near as great as most other Disney stuff. Beautiful animation though. Ratatouille is in a similar boat... it's actually really really good, but it just seems to be the forgotten Pixar movie. No where near the class of the Toy Story movies et al, but still nowhere near the disgrace that is Brave.

I feel sorry for Cars 2 but well snubbed, people. Pixar should deny all responsibility.

Bambi deserved better. Especially after what happened to his mum.

Dead Mans Chest? Surprised that made it onto somebodies list... and at 13 points, none the less, which suggests it didn't just sneak onto a list. I don't actually mind it that much, even if it's nowhere near the standard of the first movie.
