All Transfer Deadline day talk, rumours, confirmed signings in here please. Will merge this with the proper threads eventually but today deserves it's own thread...

Michael Tonge gone to Millwall on loan for the rest of the season. Seems a good pro so good luck to him. Don't think he'll single-handedly drag Millwall away from the relegation scrap, mind.

Championship Norwich outbid Premier League Burnley for Graham Dorrens.

Lancey will be doing his nut.

Yakubu confirmed, 5 month deal.

Should be a low risk, experienced, striker - Can't really go too wrong.

Hopefully not the last transfer of the day.

Dorrans and Noone in. With Johnson to Burnley and Lafferty to Rizespor being the outs. This seems to be what's going round the twittersphere at the moment

Bradley Johnson to Burnley? They must be desperate.

Is Dorrans out of favour at West Brom? Always thought he was a decent player, would be a good signing.

We seem to be trying to bid for their asking price, but make the fulfillment of that asking price dependant on a promotion that may or may not happen. So I can understand why Birmingham would be unhappy with that.

Apparently close to signing Tom Ince. Not sure but we have a good coaching set up that can get him going again hopefully, the talent is there but he just needs to use it.

To be fair, Chelsea got Winston Bogarde on a free. Gray seems a bargain in comparison. Is he named after a sugar? Is Demari the plural of Demerara?

We already have done! Rejected again earlier today. Guess we might have another go, restructuring the amounts that are paid up front and in clauses. I know it's mental.

Sky Sports reporting that Bruce will only let Ince leave the club if he gets a couple of players in.

Two threads to cause needless confusion. Excellent.

Anyway, surely Yakubu is older than 32? He's been around since forever!

Move for Luke Varney has apparently fallen through because he wants a longer deal. If we give him a contract past the end of this season, I will pull my hair out.

One more bid for Gray apparently- can see this one happening by the end of the day. A lot of money but as Mark said in one of the threads, only a small proportion will be up front money, the rest will be performance & clause related no doubt. Either way though it's a hell of a lot on an 18 year old, as good as he looks.

Why on earth are you trying to sign him at all? He's awful!
Because we have all the allure of a midtable L1 club in our current position both on and off the pitch, and even that's being slightly charitable.

Desperation I suppose.
The only other forwards we have are the 72 year old Ricardo Fuller and the very green Lee Gregory (who hasn't really stepped up to this level as yet).

I don't see Birmingham accepting. If he's really that good, they can get more in the summer from the likes of Liverpool who have supposedly been interested.

Craig Noone deal could be back on.

Martin Olsson or Lewis Grabban could be part of the Dorrans deal.
