Well , rumors said he can go to WBA or Brentford, (HITC Sport is the source) so might be true
Quick google for HITC and Deeney doesn’t suggest any articles linking him to us?

I doubt anyone who wants to progress will sign Deeney.

He is past his best at the top level m.

On youtube you should search fir HITC Sport and there is a video from a few days ago about relegated player a new or already EPL eshtablished team should sign. Deeney makes it on the thumbnail linked to West Brom, but Brentford got a mention when they actualy talk about Deeney in the video.

Troy Parrott signed from spurs on loan for the year. Know nothing other than his reputation as a goal scorer in their stiffs. Pleased though, needed more options up front

Probably an excellent move for both parties considering the hype around him.

Oh so it’s not a link that it might be happening, they are just suggesting it should?

One of our ITKs reckons we’ve signed Ben Sheaf from Arsenal. Was on loan at Donny last season. Bid was reported by Alan Nixon in the Sun this morning but apparently it’s not been finalised.

Max Aarons - 20m EUR move on the cards at least from Norwich to Bayern et al.

If we have a 10% sell on fee, that would equate to around £1.8m for us considering I presume he was only signed by Norwich for a nominal compensation fee.

Luton also have a habit of getting clubs to pay in installments, so I believe we're probably going to be in recent of a few million from the sales of Stacey and Justin still to come in.

We are going to be a lot, lot stronger by staying in this division this season.

Kinda ironic how you can get money from a player from Norwich going to Germany but pay for another player because of man-made epidmics. But anyway, Your ambition for your team is really low.
Not really. I remember our club being run into the ground by multiple boardroom idiots. I actually want us to survive considering we could lose £2.5m++ if we don't have any fans inside grounds this season.

We don't have someone pumping £130m into the club like at Griffin Park...

And while rumours of Aarons' departure grow stronger, we're also starting to hear rumours about the potential departure of Ben Godfrey, with AC Milan supposedly being in for him. Granted, he's not exactly that great of a centre back (his positional sense really leaves a lot to be desired, sometimes), but he'll still leave a big hole in our defence should he leave, not least because of the injury problems we've had with centre backs all season.

We'll definitely need to bring in at least two centre backs if Godfrey departs. However, rumours of any potential incomings have quietened down over the weekend, perhaps unsurprisingly after last week's signing spree. Other outgoings include Aston Oxborough leaving on loan to Salford City (EDIT: this hasn't actually been confirmed yet, but Alan Nixon seems very confident about it happening) and rumours that Josip Drmic wants to leave after having his wages halved upon relegation (as per the relegation clauses in all our contracts). Good riddance to the latter if he does leave, as he's utterly useless.

Damn, whilst it was always unlikely, I was hoping he'd come back to us on loan next season. That said he's far too good to be playing non-league next season, I'd imagine he'd become your number two when Michael McGovern leaves?

This ages not well, as the last game at Griffin Park was in Bees victory over Swansea. And if Brenford gets up, they will be by far the poorest team in the league.

With the rumours of Godfrey's departure gathering speed, we're starting to be linked with potential centre back signings. One of the two we've been linked with is Fulham defender Alfie Mawson, which seems rather unrealistic, while the other is our former defender Ryan Bennett. I'd be quite happy to see him back, though I don't know how well he plays the ball on the ground to fit Farke's system (it never used to be his specialty, but that may have changed in his time at Wolves).

Ignore him. Don’t understand what he’s on about half the time. I would have thought Aarons would go for more than that even so hopefully you have a decent wedge coming your way!

A lot of people don’t seem to understand why people are happy if their team is on a good financial footing (largely these are fans of teams who’ve never had to worry about their club going bust like we have), and that wanting to be sensible about how you sign / improve your squad, instead of racking up loads of debt (particularly in a pandemic where everyone is seeing budgets cut) isn’t lacking ambition.

Are Wycombe doing anything this summer? 17 players on their books right now... and they going to be pleading poverty again?

MagpieBee, telling people to ignore me because you don't agree with my opinions about an unambitious fan from a club with potential to become an EPL side if they play the cards right is kinda silly.

Also, i understand where i talk about.

Do what they always do probably, pull some random loans out of nowhere who will fit there style perfectly and be competitive. They always seem to have that core group of Jacobson, Stewart et al and augment that with a few loans, seems to work for them. We’ve also signed as many as they have so far.

We can’t exactly begrudge them pleading poverty when we are doing the same at this level.

That is what happens when FM sponsors you.

Our usual link with Jordan Jones has resurfaced, formerly of Kilmarnock, now at Rangers.

I don't see any room in the squad for a left sided attacker at all.

Rumours quickly gathering momentum here that Jamal Lewis is off to Liverpool, though in the current over-inflated market £10 million seems far too low for a promising young homegrown player, so I'll be disappointed if we sell for anything less than double that really.
There are suggestions that they want to give us their young left back Yasser Larouci to sweeten the deal, but I don't know much about him besides the obvious suggestion that Liverpool don't think he's as good as Lewis (assuming of course that part of the rumour is true).

EDIT: Local media also claiming that the club are trying to offload both Leitner and Trybull, which is not at all surprising given all the midfield signings we've made so far this window.

...again, same question, what's the craic with sell on clauses coming Luton's way?
