What a game, Barca win it in the 115th minute with a Pedro tap-in. Sevilla opened the scoring after three mins through a freekick from Banega, then Messi bags a brace soon afterwards scoring two different freekicks, then go into a 4 - 1 lead through Rafinha who was playing in an advanced position (and looked good there, his calling may indeed be upfront even though he played midfield last couple of seasons) and Suarez. After that, Sevilla came storming back scoring through Reyes, a penalty scored by Gameiro, and finally an equaliser from Konoplyanka and pushing the game into extra time before Pedro bags the winner.

Never write off this Sevilla side under Emry, they never give up and will be a tough opponent in the CL this year.

Right, Pedro came on and rescued Barca, hopefully they'll honour his wishes now and let him sign for the club he wants to play for, United.

Don't you agree, Salts?

Don't give a shit really tbh, he's been a peripheral player there for a while and they have plenty of options anyway.

What is gutting is it looks as if Adama Traore is leaving them to go to Villa when the papers last week said he was flying for a medical at Liverpool! :(

Being a peripheral player at Barca means very little though, there aren't many players in Europe that could displace any of Neymar, Messi or Suarez. Pedro is still a fantastic player and he deserves to be starting week in week out. He'll be brilliant for us if we manage to sign him.

I only could watch the match until the fourth Barcelona's goal and after the first Sevilla's goal until it they wasn't really in the game and Barça was dominating. Impressive how Sevilla reacted and got to tie the game and achieve the prorrogation.

Agree, as I have said other times, he isn't what he was, but he'll still bag them in and link up nicely, and would take the PL by storm since its an easier league technically.

Yeah Sevilla are noted for it under Emry. If they go behind in a match, come second half after about 60 minutes they will respond. They did it countless times in the EL and Barca/Enrique should have known this too as they came back from two goals down in the league last season against them.
