That watching football is not a crime? Not that anyone ever said it was, but at least it gives a few people something to be indignant/pretend to be victimized about for a while.

I usually get on board with what The Mariners Trust do and while I do agree with the message and I do love the fact that Aguero was sticking up for a fan, that video belongs in the tinpot thread.

Yeah I think the video is very poor and rushed, think they could have done much better if they took there time and did something properly.

However the message is there and as they say they hope to bring the message to the forefront of people's minds.

How badly fans are treated across football, how many bubble matches are there, how often are games moved on police advice etc.

It's like no one especially police learnt anything from Hillsborough and it's about time police and stewards treated fans of all clubs with respect and not everybody as a criminal because of the actions of a very very small idiot minority.

Don't see anything wrong with that vid personally. It conveys a simple message - stop treating footy fans like they're criminals.

Aye that's a decent idea Forza, we'll sweep it under the carpet because our stewards acted like twats too (I've never heard many complaints about our stewards)
