Seems like Clarke is keeping it tight for the Royals, they have a decent squad on paper I just hope we get into the ear of the Little Piggy Leprechaun and wind him up, he gets the face on easy.

We've got doubts about Westwood (kidneys), Loovens (hamstring) and Hutchinson (thigh) so we could be forced into changes in the spine of the team.

Hoping for a home win, we have the players capable of it but can see them earning a point.

Safe trip to all Reading fans making the visit.

Until we get our wide men fit and playing we will struggle to score goals/create chances. As you say at the back we are looking very solid. Can see it being 1-1 or a narrow Sheffield Wednesday win.

We tend to do better away from home as teams give us more space to attack, which does negate some of our lack of creativity problems. Just have to look at Birmingham last week where we had quite a few.

Fernandez should be joining today to add to our creativity, but probably not in time to have any involvement for this game.

1-1 draw also for me. Don't know a lot about the Sheffield Wednesday team really.

Reading are a team we've tended to beat at Hillsborough of late and i can't see them been too far up the table this season, although Clarke will have them drilled defensively well. I'll say 2-1 Wednesday

Reading always trying to find new ways for me to hate football...

Sounds like we dominated a rather dull game, should have a clear lead and then fuck it up in the 90th minute for a 1-1 draw.

Not great from Bond it seems.

Does tend to have those mad moments...

Should have been more than a goal clear before it though.

At least we can say the performances have in general been good. If we got the results our performances deserved we would be on 7 points this season, shame football doesn't play like that..

Utterly dreadful game, Price was at fault for their goal. Neither side looked like they knew what a football was.

Just got back from Sheffield. Stayed up there last night. As Walkley has said it was a shocking game. We should have finished it off before Bond decided to have a moment of madness. Punching the ball away would have been a safer bet. That's 3 very soft goals we've conceded this season.

Fair play, Daz, that is some commitment. If you're looking for information about Portsmouth next Tuesday - parking, shortcuts etc - feel free to ask and I'll help as best I can.
