Feel like a bit of a twat welcoming a team into a league that we have only just got back into, but seeing as there was one for QPR - I thought Burnley deserved one as well.

Welcome back chaps.

Welcome back Burnley. If Dyche remains in charge can see them getting at least a playoff place.I expect Ings will be off in the Summer though.

I imagine they'll do best out of the relegated sides- QPR need a complete overhaul and the other Prem teams look like they need a mass clearout (Especially Sunderland, Newcastle if one of them goes)

Hope they fall straight through this league to where they belong.

MEH! I've got nothing against Burnley at all and have been there twice but it's fooking miles away!
Fair play lads, you gave it a right good go. :2thumb: Respect for that.

Glad Sean Dyche is still incharge - and its royally deserved. You see far too many rash decisions in football nowadays - and with Dyche, who always has a track record of getting you up, I'm sure he'll give it one hell of a go again.

Completely agree with this, Burnley are a decent model for plenty of other teams getting promoted, including Ipswich if we get there. A season of stability (financial and managerial) should mean they're in a stronger position next season.

Tip for Burnley. Apply speed brakes now. No, seriously. NOW!

Only just got a chance to take a look at this thread.

Agree largely with what has been said. Dyche staying is great news (although there's technically still time for him to go but I doubt it).

Ings is 100% leaving; hopefully we get a few million for him and Sam Vokes steps up again next year.

I see Trippier as the other potential mover. If we lost both him and Ings we'd really suffer.

I doubt immediate promotion will happen, but I also doubt we'll sink like a Wigan shaped lead balloon.

Burnley will be fine next season, Dyche is a top manager and they won't need wholesale changes.
