No idea why I'm attracting attention to this inevitable hiding.

The South London Press has today released an interview with Bob Peeters claiming that our owner wants to pick the team etc echoing Chris Powell when he left the club,

Basically the club is fucked and we'll be in league 1 if not next season but the one after.

Comfortable home win.

With our recent good form (five wins and one draw) and with Charlton in, seemingly, disarray, this should be a comfortable win.

I'll be disappointed with any less than three points.

Meh.

Important we got a point to stop the rot but we've still not won since the start of November and not scored in our last 4 league games. Still, an improvement on last week.

That was a bit uninspiring, we never seem to do well against Charlton. Think you'll be fine this season, seemed good defensively considering you let 5 in last week.

Yeah, think there is 3 teams worse than us.

We've been dreadful defensively for weeks so chuffed with the clean sheet.

This was truly dreadful. We laboured for 90-whatever minutes against a team less inspired than Blackpool the week before. We are reinventing the concept of witless, dull, unentertaining football. The YouTube highlights of the game probably feature a Hitler Downfall parody of the price of pulled pork baps with BBQ sauce. The London newspapers are full of Charlton's owner picking the team for the manager. Perhaps we can film that as it sounds more interesting.

Watching Wolves is a little like watching a 92-year-old man masturbate: it's depressing to be there, there's a shedload of huffing and puffing going on with no end in sight, but a sense that some kind of social good is being ground out.

We could conceivably end this season with no more goals scored, none let in and, come April, visitors turning up without a goalkeeper. It's like watching a footballing Brownian motion with players running around looking busy. We could do on-pitch burials during the match.

Tedious. At least the 92yo gets to smile at some stage.

I have this very morning sent off an angry email to Sky asking why this game wasn't on the TV.

EDIT: Quick comparison.
Wolves and Watford play, in a two week period, almost the same Blackpool and Charlton sides.
Watford get 6 points, score 12 goals and have a +10 goal difference.
Wolves get 4 points, score 2 goals and have a +2 goal difference.
And I have to read our players gobbing off in the media about how we can get to the play-offs.

:) Corrected for my shit maths!
