    Season Tickets 2024/25

Assuming that’s discounted for consecutive years? I had a look as I gave my season ticket up after my wife gave birth, it’s £400 behind the goal, £4… something in the corners and £537 in the east and west stand.

    Good Friday fixtures

I fully expect Blackpool to get all three points, the game against yourselves is a dead rubber. I’m hopeful of a draw against Wycombe and that we can do enough against Leyton Orient, Cambridge and Carlisle to keep us in the fight but I’ve very little confidence.

Mendez-Laing sounds like he’s done for the season now too. I just feel we’ve run our race and the next three games will probably show that - I predict one to four points out the next nine. It will be too late after that.

A £23m wage bill would probably still have you in the bottom 6-8 clubs in the championship, as it’s an overall wage bill too, first team player wages will probably sit at roughly £13-15m which is a drop in the ocean considering other teams at the same level are around £40m plus. Wigan’s wages...

    Season Tickets 2024/25

We’ve had a relatively large increase on season tickets, cheapest £400 - although the majority of them are already sold or accounted for. The majority are £537 for an adult ticket.

Hard to find the words, honestly. I know deep down that our season ended today, despite the games left to play. I just really hope that Warne isn’t in charge next season.

    Stickied League 1 Transfer Rumours/Confirmed Transfers 2023/24

At the fans forum last night, it sounds as though we are going to rolling out the changes regardless of whether we are promoted or not. When asked if any of the players who are out of contract would be offered new deals before the end of the season, Warne answered no. Louie Sibley, Joe...

Really happy to be able play this game and allow us avoid any undue fixture congestion. As others have alluded to, it was really only Mendez-Laing who was a concern and he was able to politely decline the call-up to ensure this game was on. We do seem to have a crazy amount of injuries built...

I'm obviously no fan of the ball bag, but in this case the due diligence carried out after they started discussion on purchasing the training facility has unearthed this unworkable clause (from Wycombe's point of view) so if anything his expertise has come into play before parting with any...

We’ve been terrible for the most part of the season and have the best goal difference in the league. I think it’s easy to call it that this League One season might well be the worst in history?!

Disappointed to only win by one goal, should’ve been three or four. Nevertheless, a win is a win and sends us on our way. Bolton can focus on the playoffs now.

I think our approach is going to be much of the same in terms of hitting free agency and with so many players out of contract it gives us an opportunity to upgrade providing the recruitment is good. We have seen how bad the standard of the league is, whoever goes up is going to be favourites to...

This was last year’s accounts, which had the first team wage bill at £7.4m - the problem for us, Reading too, presumably, is the cost it takes to run a category one academy which sounds far more significant than I originally gave credit. The first team wage bill this season is running at 45% of...

Vale fans saying how shite we were, but I actually thought it was the best we've played this season. The back three looked comfortable, Joe Ward and Louie Sibley were good in the hybrid wide midfield/wing back role, Dwight Gayle showed his quality. NML, who usually is the driving force of our...

There was a number of post-administration payments that needed to be cleared hence the loss, i.e. paid Arsenal up to date Bielik and Jozwiak which I'd imagine were key - you're looking at over £6m between those two alone regardless of anything else - deferred wages that also needed bringing up...
