"Have to" was probably a poor choice of words, but I do think a team looking to go up should be aiming to win a game against a pre-season relegation candidate, don't you?
Haven't they lost every game this season? I appreciate we're a little light up front but as you say, have to win this if we're serious about promotion.
The lure of Premier League football, such as it was. Gillingham (and other Kent sides) weren't too fond of us for doing that either. Bit more understandable over there mind you since there's already a healthy number of Charlton living in the area.
Well we know what Karl Robinson thinks of this trophy so we stuck out the kids tonight and won 2-0 at Crawley. I forgot we were even playing until I read this thread
We've never been huge travellers, and we also have many folks not going because of ownership. Not sure why that would affect away followings but it's possible.
Our beloved powers that be have yet to agree to joining ifollow, instead sticking with Valley Pass which I'm not paying for since it's just audio. I managed to catch a stream of Rotherham's though on this occasion!
We had The Who play at The Valley back in the 1970s, set a world record for decibels at a concert too!
