On his day he is unplayable, really great to watch and too good for this level. His day is about 1 in 6/7 games.

Evans said earlier in pre-season that he wanted Roberts but we couldn't get anywhere near the wages he is on at Pompey so never a viable consideration. If his demands are reasonable I can't see why we wouldn't be in for him.

Adams was quality for us. I would image the only reason we didn't sign him is that we have Mal Benning who is top drawer and a promising youth left back as backup, who will be getting game time this season should Mal not be able to play.

He failed to score for you, didn't he? We needed a 'Plan B' striker to compliment Rose, Green and Yussuf. Can't see him being first on the team sheet, but will provide another option.

Murray does see Bennett as a right back. I also think Murray sees Lee Collins as the combative central midfielder with Taft and Pearce at centre back.
