out of interest why? I’m the opposite - the positives of staying down would be to play a lot more local teams especially Boreham Wood, Wealdstone & hopefully Stevenage. League 2 looks a bit meh

No idea if we even had a friendly - the 2 teams we were rumoured to be playing ended up playing each other (Boreham Wood & Dartford).

Surely it would make sense to play against NLN & NLS play off teams?

My thoughts exactly when our club tweeted that they might show the play off game(s) at our ground, presumably in a bar. Surely it’s safer to have supporters socially distanced outside in a 1/4 full stadium rather than drinking together inside (even at tables only etc)

Dover’s game plan worked perfectly (as shown by yet another late goal) & thought they were a solid outfit. We are going to see this a lot this season, our ‘pretty’ tippy tappy football shown up by solid teams. Thought a draw was a fair result but they pushed for the win unlike us so good...
