looking forward to Saturdays game Vs Telford. massive game for us especially with The Bucks winning in midweek, we need to get points on the board sooner rather than later.

Ashley Sammons won August player of the month for Conf North. 1st goal of the season after 1 minute Vs Curzon. 6 goals in 7 games, 3 absolute stunners among them & Player of the Month. Not a bad debut month. :2thumb:

We've extended our loan of Kbongo Tshimanga from MK Dons for a further 2 months, 5 goals from 4 games so far. Young lad who is only just starting in Mens footballs having scored 42 goals in 28 games or something ridiculous for MK Dons U18s.

worth mentioning that Ash Sammons scored both of our goals again, the second of which was another belter! (check our club twitter account for footage!) now 5 goals in 3 games, all of which were of top quality! I know its early but he's arguably the leagues best signing of the summer so far!

2-2 with Chorley this past Saturday. 4 goals in the first half & we should have had more, came back from 1 down & looked the stronger side before they equilised and we should have put the game to bed before the break. 2nd half was pretty pour, a lot of heavy tackles and fair play to Chorley...

looking forward to it, should be an interesting game. we looked great in midweek, a contrast to Saturdays performance where there was a complete disconnect between our defence & midfield. I'm sure your lads will have a lot to prove.

ahhh! We visited Kiddy in the FA Cup a few years back, excellent grub!

new to the league & new to the forum glad to be back up North & away from those long trips down south. There are a fair few new grounds for us to visit this year & the most important question for me is ... which grounds do you guys reckon do the best grub?
