Calvin Zola that's a name from the past... The era from some great teams in L2.
I think Rochdale is the best I've seen down here when they had Le Fondre, Dagnall, O'Grady up top I think we went there one day and got battered 4-0. Only second to Crewe last time they was down here, I've never seen...
Hope Ira Jackson does well at Wealdstone, nice enough lad and maybe just not ever had the quality. He had the chance to go last year but wanted to stay and fight for his place, can't fault him for that.
Think Hartlepool gave him a trial a few weeks back? I may be wrong.
Personally think he'll end up at a lower league conference club or someone in the South division.
Can't believe Exeter haven't managed to establish themselves as a staple League One club by now. Produce some absolutely fantastic players and probably one of the most consistent squads year upon year.
Also echo the thoughts on Pearce. Thought he's been excellent every time I've seen him. Good on the ball, fast and very strong. Looks like Gowling is building another good Hereford team there we nicked John-Lewis and Giles Coke off them last year.
Can't say you're not being bankrolled... I get in literate terms it's not in black and white out of R&R's pocket yet however, without them you wouldn't of had the sponsors of TikTok, no documentary nor the sudden influx of Season Ticket sales.
I wish Wrexham all the best as they belong back in...
Tozer good signing, always thought he was abit of a clogger in recent years but must have done something to be at the heart of the Cheltenham defence that finished 1st. His throw in's alone will probably net you 4-5 goals a season which is worth it.
I'm as bothered as everyone. But seeing what we are up against our chances are slimmer. Do you think Leicester go into every season thinking.. If we don't win the league this year it's all a failure. I'm saying so long as we are competitive and there or thereabouts.
If the Dembele deal goes through at the cost of around £5-6 million as mentioned then that will pay a huge huge chunk from paying Fenty off? I don't mind the approach we are taking as a club in not trying to go nuts or bust to get promoted. I'm a slight bit jealous of Wrexham yes of course I am...
Seeing the strength of players that some of the not so fancied teams in the division are signing I can see it being a very interesting season. Due to the pandemic maybe? Seeing Alty sign Dean Furman who is no mug and probably pipped to a contract at Wrexham by Dave Jones is abit of a coup for...
